Forget the past! Great is your future

The word of God always emphasises on the future much more than the past. None of us have the power to change our past or turn back time. And for most of us our past life probably haven't been very pleasant. The painful experiences of the past can destroy all our joy and make us feel hopeless - the wasted time, wasted efforts... can all make us feel as though we have nothing left for a good life for the future. But the good news is that, God wants to make all things new and He is able to restore all that was lost in multiple measures.

Phi 3:13 Brothers, it is clear to me that I have not come to that knowledge; but one thing I do, letting go those things which are past, and stretching out to the things which are before,
Phi 3:14 I go forward to the mark, even the reward of the high purpose of God in Christ Jesus.

Precious child of God, even though people or this world has stamped you as useless and made you feel unwanted, God's purposes for you never changes. Paul, the great apostle of God had set backs in his life too and he wrote the above verse.

It doesn't really matter to God how your past has been, what He is more interested in is whether you are ready to start afresh with God towards His great purpose. Jesus loves you so much, never think that you lost everything - there are greater things ahead of you. Commit your life totally in His hands, rest in His loving bosom and allow Him to lead you every step and great will be your reward .

Good Plans for You

God holds your future and every day of it, but so often we act as if the whole burden of running this life is in our hands. We sometimes even forget that the very air we breathe each moment is because of God. He loves us and has a good plan for us and He unveils it to us when we surrender ourselves completely.

Pro 3:5 Trust in Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding.
Pro 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Precious child of God, choose this day to surrender all your plans to the Lord and give Him supreme control over your life. Be it small or big, allow the Lord to decide every step for you and you will see great blessings unfolding in your life. Many times, the ways that seem best for us may not be best in God's eyes and so many times it may be painful to follow the path God calls us, but in the end everything would work together for the best. Abraham left all to follow God's call and He was blessed and a nation proceeded from Him. Let us allow Jesus to lead us in His ways. Jesus loves you.

My Refuge in Trouble

Very often we feel that God is a silent listener or a passive observer when we go through trials and pain. It feels as though when we want Him to jump in and take action, He seems absolutely quiet. The truth is He is a God who is nearer to us in times of trouble much more than we can imagine.

Psa 18:18 They came on me in the day of my trouble; but the Lord was my support.
Psa 18:19 He took me out into a wide place; he was my saviour because he had delight in me. Psa 18:20 The Lord gives me the reward of my righteousness, because my hands are clean before him.

Precious child of God, when you make the Lord God alone as your refuge in the day of trouble, surely He will rise up on your behalf and fight the battle for you and give you victory. He is a good God, full of love and mercy. Do not be afraid or doubt, your heavenly father is by your side and all the hosts of angels in heaven to fight for you. It may look as though God is far away, but He is much more closer to us in the day of trouble when we call on Him. Jesus loves you so much, He died for you to give you life, and He will surely bless you with every good thing along with the eternal life that He's bought for you.

The Ultimate Love

The ultimate expression of love is already shown to mankind, by just one person and that is God. He spared His own beloved son, to die for us in a shameful, gruesome manner. Yet, most of us still doubt, question about God's love for us, some even question His very existence. Whenever a doubt arises as to whether God really cares, just look to the cross and see what sacrifice He chose to make, just for you.

Mar 14:41 ...the hour has come. Behold, the Son of Man has been betrayed into the hands of sinners.

Precious child of God, more than anything else in this world, we need to understand and receive God's love for our lives. Too often, we become hard, self sufficient or proud even without our knowledge and we try to handle things on our own - all without realising the depths of God's love and care for us. Much more than a father or mother, He cares for us, however old we are, He'd still treat us as His dear children. No matter what you're going through, just remember, you're not alone and you'll never be - Jesus is by your side, holding your hands. If you give him a chance He'd step in and do everything for you and bless you and lift you to heights you've not imagined in your life.

Our Light

Of all the things that we do, strive hard to achieve or desire, the first and foremost should be taking time to know our Creator, our God. We might have heard a lot about Him or about what He has done, but if we don't take the effort to know Him for what He wants to do in our lives personally, then we're missing everything.

Psa 18:28 You, O Lord, will be my light; by you, my God, the dark will be made bright for me.

Precious child of God, no one knows about your life and your future and your purpose more than your maker. So many times we find ourselves baffled on life's road not knowing where we are, what we're supposed to do or what our future holds. The most comforting fact is that, our loving heavenly father wants to gently guide us and lead us in His purpose and plan for our lives. God wants to talk to you personally and give an answer to all your doubts and fears and anxieties. His ways are always higher than our thoughts and ways and the very best. Let us reach out to Jesus and allow Him to lead us in His ways. Surely He will speak to us, reveal His ways to us and lead us and lift us to greater heights.

God's Love

One version of the Bible uses the word 'charity' for love. We all want to be loved, cared for; the feeling of being unloved or unaccepted is unbearable to anyone. Love is hard work and involves giving up all of oneself in total sacrifice. It is costly, and as humans it is hard to show or receive this kind of love. But, our loving heavenly father has shown us His true love, by sacrificing His only son to die a ruthless death for us undeserving people.

Rom 5:8 But God has made clear his love to us, in that, when we were still sinners, Christ gave his life for us.

Precious child of God, have you received all of God's love in your life? God loves you and you don't have to doubt that one bit. May be there are tough things in your life that makes you wonder if God really loves you or probably He hasn't answered some of your prayers that has raised questions in your heart as to whether God really cares. If you still have a doubt about God's love, just take a look at the cross and see what sacrifice He has done just for you. Nothing you do can change His love for you. Let us receive His all surpassing love in our lives and allow Him to makes us brand new. Let His love remain in you and keep you joyful all the time.

Light of Truth

While we're on this earth, our enemy is relentlessly waiting for a chance to deceive us with a lie, being the father of lies. He tries to bombard our minds day in and out with half truths, things that look close to the truth, lies, deceptions and so on. - the same trick he used in the garden of Eden.

Psa 43:2 For You are the God of my strength; why do You cast me off? Why do I go mourning under the affliction of the enemy?
Psa 43:3 Oh send out Your light and Your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill, and to Your tabernacles.

Precious child of God, God's word alone can reveal the truth about your life, your future and your purpose. We may go through valley experiences at times, or we may have some trouble on our way and immediately the devil will begin to haunt us with thoughts of discouragement, hopelessness, fear and so on. When we believe on the wrong things, we end up feeling miserable. Cheer up today, Jesus loves you and has paid the biggest price to give you a victorious life. Trust in Him and His word, His word will be light to your path and will lead you out of every darkness into God's holy presence, where you'll have absolute peace and joy.

Sorrow to Joy

Almost every day of our life on earth brings us something or the other to worry about. Sorrow is an inevitable part of our life on this earth. As children of God, we need to know this truth, but we must also understand the greater hope that we have, which Jesus promised us.
Joh 16:20 Truly, truly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice. And you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
Joh 16:22 ... But I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.
Joh 16:23 And in that day you shall ask Me nothing. Truly, truly, I say to you, Whatever you shall ask the Father in My name, He will give you.
Joh 16:24 Before now you have asked nothing in My name; ask and you shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Jesus was talking the above words to his disciples just before he was going to be handed over to be crucified. He knew that he was going to die and that his beloved disciples are going to be extremely sorrowful, but that was not the end - He was re assuring them of the resurrection and the ultimate victory he would have against the devil.

Precious child of God, you may be lamenting today about innumerable sorrows in your life, probably it looks as though there is very less hope - Remember, Jesus has already won every battle that you can possibly face in your life, on the cross of calvary 2000 years ago. When you give your heart to Him and surrender every situation into His hands, that victory is going to be yours. He is excited about doing wonders in your life and make you absolutely joyful. Let us welcome Jesus into every walk of our life and enjoy the very best He has in store for us.

His Awesome Plans

Absolute obedience and total surrender from our side enables God to unleash His greatest plans and purposes and blessings for our lives. God can only work in our lives to the amount we surrender our ways and choose to obey Him even at those moments it seems hard.

Jer 29:11 For I know the purposes which I am purposing for you, says Jehovah; purposes of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Jer 29:12 Then you shall call on Me, and you shall go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. Jer 29:13 And you shall seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

Precious child of God, no matter how life's journey has taken you so far, or what challenges lies ahead of you, remember - God still has something beautiful for your life and the moment you choose to surrender completely to Him and give Him your heart totally, His super natural power will begin to manifest in your life. No situation in your life is above God's power and ability, He can change things around for you in a moment. Let us fix our eyes on our Lord Jesus alone, chose to obey Him in everything and live the abundant life He has called us to live. Jesus loves you.

You will Overcome

Being the son of the almighty God, worshiped by the whole hosts of angels and coming down from heaven, never made it any easy for Jesus when He was on this earth. Right from the time of his birth he suffered. All through his life and ministry he had critics all around, people questioning his works and what he believed, humiliations, assaults, denial by his own beloved. He did not even have a place to lay his head. Yet, He humbled himself in total obedience to God and fulfilled absolutely the purpose for which He was sent - the salvation of our souls.

Joh 16:33 I have said all these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble: but take heart! I have overcome the world.

Precious child of God, remember there is a definite clear cut purpose for which God has sent you to this earth. When life gets tough on the way, remember how difficult it was for your Saviour and master Jesus. If you are humiliated and brought low by people, remember what insults Jesus faced from His own people. If there are persecutions, remember how many times people tried to stone him and cast him out. When there is lack, remember even Jesus did not have a penny saving with Him but yet how His heavenly father met His needs and even multiplied bread and fish for thousands of people through Him. Through it all, Jesus was, still is and will ever be a victor and the greatest of all, in whose very name every knee bows.

What is it that you are longing for or lacking today in your life? You don't have to go down along with the pressure of your problems. Stand up and see your saviour standing with you. Jesus is all you need and when He is in you, your life will get tuned to the purpose God has for you and you will become a great blessing. Nothing on this earth will be able to destroy you completely. Joy of the Lord will fill you and even through all the suffering and pain, you will emerge as more than a conqueror. If you haven't yet, commit your life completely to Jesus and trust in Him alone.

Cast All Your Cares

We all love to have a care free, worry free life but that just looks far from impossible as we grow up and begin to shoulder more and more responsibilities. We never worried so much when we were just kids as everything we needed were just pored into our laps by our parents, but the pressure just increased when we began to slowly take things in our hands. Is it really possible to be always happy and peaceful and joyful? There sure is not anyone in this world without a care, but the word of God gives us a secret to live such a joyful and peaceful life irrespective of our situation.

1Pe 5:6 Therefore be humbled under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you in due time.
1Pe 5:7 casting all your anxiety onto Him, for He cares for you.

Precious child of God, God has promised in His word to carry all our burdens and set us free to just remain joyful all the time. However old you are, or whatever kind of commitments and liabilities you have in your life or however bleak your future looks, God's promise still stands true for your life. You can roll them all over to Him, and as you remain humble under His mighty hands your eyes will see Him lifting you up in ways you've not imagined before. Jesus loves you and He cares about the smallest need in your life. Would you let Him do it for you?

Jesus is Coming Back

We are to remind ourselves all the time what our priority in life has to be, because too often we get caught up with our work and the things that are around us. When we realise how short lived our lives are on this earth and what glorious eternal lives God has prepared for us, our perspective itself begins to change. Jesus is coming back again, and any time we might have to wrap up our work here and get back to the beautiful place He has prepared for us.

1Co 15:50 And I say this, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does corruption inherit incorruption.
1Co 15:51 Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all fall asleep, but we shall all be changed;
1Co 15:52 in a moment, in a glance of an eye, at the last trumpet. For a trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed.
1Co 15:58 So that, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not without fruit in the Lord.

Rev 3:11 Behold, I come quickly. Hold fast to that which you have, so that no one may take your crown.

Precious child of God, it was command that was given to us to love our God above all else and keep Him first in everything we do. This world is not our home and we are just getting prepared to go to a much more beautiful place. It is also comforting to know that the tears and pain that we go through today are all very short lived. No matter what we're going through today, let us first give ourselves completely to Jesus and allow Him to be the king of our lives. He will lead us every step of our journey on this earth, bless us and also get us ready to meet Him when He comes back. Cheer up, Jesus loves you.

Answer to your Cry

Its often when all else fails that Jesus begins His masterpiece work. Beyond every wisdom of man, beyond all natural laws, and our heart's wildest imagination, beyond our mind's comprehension, the almighty Lord who created the world and all its beings, works wonders on behalf of us, His children. We resist Him too often because the possibilities seem narrow in human eyes, but at times He forces us to get to that place where nothing but His power alone can help, to prove to us His everlasting love.

Psa 18:6 In my distress I called on Jehovah, and I cried to my God; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry came before Him, into His ears.
Psa 18:19 He brought me forth also into a large place; He delivered me because He delighted in me.

Precious child of God, each and every moment we can experience the marvelous saving power of our Lord Jesus if we just let Him. He is never oblivious to our heart's deepest cry, in fact He waits for us to call on Him for help in everything we do small or big. He loves us and longs that we love Him above everything else and depend on Him alone. He wants to do wonders in your life too, if you would just call on Him. Cheer up, don't be afraid of anything when Jesus is by your side.

He Sees You Complete

Most of us feel depressed or dejected when we look at ourselves the way people around look at us or by measuring ourselves per the yard stick of the world. Our heavenly father longs that we understand His perspective about our lives. He sees us as a completed and perfected work, because even before we were born our beginning till end was recorded.

Psa 139:16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book all my days were recorded, even those which were purposed before they had come into being.
Psa 139:17 How dear are your thoughts to me, O God! how great is the number of them!
Psa 139:18 If I made up their number, it would be more than the grains of sand..
Phi 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ,

Precious child of God, God sees the perfected work in your life and He believes in you and is desperately working to accomplish it in your life. No matter how many times you've fallen or how people belittle you as a person, God does not budge; He's focussed and determined to accomplish that good thing which He has started in your life. You don't have to think low about yourself because God NEVER feels so about you. If you feel the weight has been too heavy for you on your journey, take a moment, lay them at the feet of Jesus and in return receive His unconditional love, mercy, forgiveness and grace. His resurrection power is available to you today to bind up and heal any broken area in your life. Trust Him, He cares for you because you are important to Him!

Healing Touch

We've all heard about Midas touch - the story of King Midas and how he received magical power to turn all that he touched to gold. Although many of us have accomplished so much in life or have great possessions, what most of us desperately need or crave for deep down in our heart is a touch of love and acceptance. A touch of love can do wonders in our lives and change things for ever. This is exactly the way God chose to reach out to us and touch our broken, sinful lives, through His son Jesus.

Luk 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on Me; because of this He has anointed Me to proclaim the Gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and new sight to the blind, to set at liberty those having been crushed,

Precious child of God, Jesus came as your healer and your redeemer. Whatever be your deepest need today or the cry or longing deep within your heart, Jesus wants to touch you right there. Your saviour understands and He wants to heal you. Most of the times we keep Him as the last option in our lives, someone we look up to when all other options fail, when all the help from man ceases. Yet, He waits for us to reach out to Him so that he can extend His loving hand towards us and lift us up. Jesus loves you so much, allow him to touch every area of your life, especially the ones causing you concern, and watch him do wonders!

He Covers You

A blanket is what we use to protect and cover ourselves from the chillness of the night, to keep us warm and to give us a cozy sleep. Each day of our lives we need just so much a cover as this to escape the small and big worries and trials it brings. Jesus offers to cover us today, completely under His wings so that He'd take all those hurts, insults the devil tries to hurls at us.

Psa 91:3 Surely He will deliver you from the fowler's trap and from the destroying plague. Psa 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall trust. His truth shall be your shield, and buckler.

Precious child of God, you are not called to face all those hurdles in your life all by yourself. No, no, no, Jesus wants to cover you today, He's inviting you to take shelter under His beautiful presence and to give you rest, when He fights it out for you. He knows its too been heavy for you, but take heart Jesus will see you through. His joy will sustain you even amidst the most depressing situation in your life and at the right time He will make you cross over the valley to the green pastures He has prepared for you. You can trust Him, for He will never leave you nor forsake you. You're precious to Him!

Chosen to be Refined

None of us would like to have hard times or trials in our lives because they are painful. Yet our loving heavenly father allows them sometimes in our lives because he loves us and He uses the fire to purify us, for a far better and glorious purpose.

Zec 13:8 And it shall be in all the land, says Jehovah, two parts in it shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left in it.

Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on My name, and I will answer them; I will say, It is My people; and they shall say, Jehovah is my God.

Precious child of God, do you feel as though you're the only one suffering while all others around you, even some who are not with the Lord having a good life? Cheer up, and thank the Lord because you were the chosen one of the Lord, the third part, the remnant among the people, who are chosen to be refined and purified. He does not want us to perish and so he chose to refine us. He brings us to the fire, so that when we call on His name and He can answer us and draw closer to us. Not only that He will deliver us, but we will be drawn much more closer to Him and will be called as His own!

Remember, your sufferings will not last forever, it will accomplish its purpose in your life and the Lord will promote you to greater heights. You're precious to Him.

He is Able

We don't realise how much of today we miss, worrying about tomorrow. Our Lord Jesus very well knows that our life on earth will not be easy all the time and so He already spoken to us in His word that we should not worry about tomorrow. Our life, our times and our future are in His hands and to rest and trust in Jesus is the best thing we can do.

Zep 3:19 Behold, at that time I will deal with all those who afflict you. And I will save her who is lame, and gather her who was driven out. And I will give them for a praise and for a name in all the land of their shame.

Zep 3:20 In that time I will bring you, even in the time that I gather you; for I will give you for a name and for a praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, says Jehovah.

Precious child of God, allow God to take over the steering wheel of your life and you just lay back and watch Him drive it for you. We don't have the power to overcome the mountains of our life, but God is able! It may look so difficult to trust in God when things are hard and that is when we need to draw strength from Him. You may have a hundred questions and confusions in your mind; remember, God wants to speak to you very personally and make things clear to you. Get alone with Jesus, pour your heart to Him and tell Him all your needs. He will embrace you and answer you and lift you up. He has a good plan for your life and He has a perfect timing for everything. Stay with Him, He will carry you through each day and fulfill all His plans for your life. Jesus cares for you so much!

Rest in His Presence

There is a tremendous feeling of security, that nothing else in this world can offer, when Jesus is in our lives. The winds, waves, the storms obey the voice of Him who created them. There is absolute calm when Jesus is present, no matter how boisterous the winds around us are, because nothing in this world has power over Jesus.
Exo 33:14 .. My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.

Precious child of God, every day of our lives may be filled with things small or big that can easily take the peace away from us and upset us or make us angry. Some short lived, or may be some have been in your life for a long time. Jesus wants to cover you today in His presence, so that no matter what happens you will be unshaken. He loves you so much and He holds the answer to all your problems. Storms may try to rage against you, but just remind yourselves who's with you and in whose presence you're resting. Nothing will affect you and you will have perfect victory in everything you do!

He has prepared a Place for us

When we truly understand the essence of our life on this earth, our whole perspective towards life itself changes. Rick Warren says that our life on earth is just a rehearsal for the life to come, in eternity where we'd spend trillions of years. Nothing on this earth can be compared to that beautiful place Jesus has prepared for us.
Joh 14:2 In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Joh 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, so that where I am, you may be also.

Mar 12:30 And you are to have love for the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.

Jesus has prepared a place for us and He is waiting for us to get there. He will be coming back soon to take us there. Today He desires that we give the first priority in our lives to love Him and obey Him, so that He can get us ready to meet Him when He comes. Lay aside all your burdens and cares in your life, do not worry about them; Jesus understands them all, seek Him with all your heart. Ask Him to give you a clean heart to love Him and obey Him like a child. He will surely make all things beautiful in your life on earth and also make you ready to be with Him forever! Jesus cares for you so much, trust in Him and rest in His love for you!

God Meant it for Good

Joseph was a man who feared the Lord and longed to remain in His presence amidst the most difficult times of His life. The Bible tells us that God had given Him a dream of great exaltation, when he was just a small boy but his elder brothers got jealous of him and they tried to kill him and finally sold him out as a slave to Egypt. Joseph served as a slave and even was shut up in a prison for no fault of His. He had a hard life until one day God fulfilled the promise and lifted him as the governor of Egypt
This was Joseph's response, when God brought his brothers back into his life, fulfilling the promise..

Gen 50:20 But as for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save a great many people alive.?.

Precious child of God, how do we respond to failures and trials and hard times in our lives? Joseph was left alone, no friends or family to support him, but he loved the Lord and chose to trust Him in all his painful moments. God was gracious to him and filled him with many gifts. What his brothers meant for evil, God turned around for the good, to save the whole nation from a great famine

Today you may be bearing the consequences of evil done to you by someone else. Don't be discouraged, remember God has much higher plans even through this. Let us trust the Lord and not try to retaliate back with evil. When we lean on Jesus and commit the situation to Him, He will turn around the evil meant for us, to a great blessing. He will even change the hearts of people who tried to harm us.

No matter what difficulty you are facing today, roll it over to Jesus, trust Him, lean on Him and draw strength from Him alone. Surely your life will be transformed and all your sorrows will be turned into joy. Jesus loves you and He cares for you!

God is For You!!

God is always for us and not against us. We fear and worry that God is far away from us because we aren't good enough and that we don't deserve His favour and love and mercies. Believing this lie we live far away from God's presence, dead in the spirit.

Deu 4:7 For what great nation has a god so near to them as the Lord our God is, whenever we are turned to him in prayer?.

Precious child of God, no darkness can overtake you when God is with you and His light shines in your life. Sometimes it feels as though God is far away, but the truth is God is still near to us but some of our sinful ways or our pride separate us from recognising His presence. Jesus is standing right beside you, open your heart out to Him and tell Him all thats been troubling you or causing you concern. He understands. He is able to take care of everything concerning you and make them perfect. He will wipe away every form of unrighteousness in you and make you like a star shining His light, bringing joy to many more.

He Restores

Fix things in our ways is the natural tendency of human beings. Knowledge has increased so much that in the coming days, a trip to the outer space is going be considered a luxury trip and made available to common man. Man has conquered such heights in technologies and various sciences. Everything seem to be possible with human wisdom, is what most think, yet, there are still critical things for which man can do little about and can be received only from God, which is the key to joy and eternal life - Forgiveness of sins. And our heavenly father graciously gives it to all who sincerely confess and ask Him in Jesus' name.

Joh 8:24 Therefore I said to you that you shall die in your sins, for if you do not believe that I AM, you shall die in your sins. Joh 8:12 Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying, I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Precious child of God, when you are free from all your sins, you will have such authority and power from God that nothing will be able to touch your life. The inward joy of the Lord will be your strength. Jesus wants to deliver you and free you no matter what you're struggling with, even if those are things you cannot open to anyone else. You probably already know your saviour's love, but if you're still missing the joy of the Lord, please search your heart to see if you've grieved Him in any manner. Jesus wants to make you clean as white as snow and restore everything that was lost in your life. His joy will be your strength and you will be victorious in all you do, through Christ.

He's with you in the Fire

Most of us feel like giving up or running away when faced with difficult situations. And when we have to face it all by ourselves, it is even more painful and all we look for would be the easiest way to get out of the situation. In the Bible in the book of Daniel, we read about 3 men named Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who feared the Lord and had to literally face the fire because of their faith in the living true God.

Dan 3:22 Then because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Dan 3:23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.
Dan 3:24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was amazed. And he rose up in haste and spoke and said to his advisers, Did we not throw three men bound into the middle of the fire? They answered and said to the king, True, O king.
Dan 3:25 He answered and said, Behold! I see four men loose, walking in the middle of the fire, and there is no harm among them. And the form of the fourth is like a son of the gods.

The 3 men could have easily found some ways to escape the king's punishment for refusing to bow down and worship the golden image. But they were not afraid at all because they knew that the God whom they trusted would take care of them even amidst the burning fire. The fire was so intense that even the men who took the 3 to the furnace got burnt and died, but amazingly nothing happened to the 3 young men because God was with them in the fire. There was the 4th person in the furnace who ensured that flames did not touch them.

Precious child of God, when we faithfully follow Jesus, sometimes it may look as though all that we have in life is pain and trials. God may permit us to go through fire. But the beautiful truth is that, there is always one more person with us right in the fire. Jesus himself stands by us and makes sure that we are not burnt and no fire will have the power to touch you. Are you worried and dejected about the fiery situations in your life? Don't be afraid, behold Jesus who is with you and when you hide yourself in Him, no evil can harm you. Cling on to Him and you will rise above the fire in your life and be more than a conqueror.

Unique Plans

When it comes to a relationship with God, He expects it be a very personal one although He created all of us and all the heavens and the earth. He has a very unique plan for each of our lives and He wants to share them with us in a personal way and make it very personal to us. He wants us to seek Him with all our heart, so that we can hear His voice and know His wonderful plans for our lives.

Isa 55:6 Seek Jehovah while He may be found; call on Him while He is near.
Isa 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to Jehovah, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.
Isa 55:8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor your ways My ways, says Jehovah.
Isa 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

Precious child of God, you may wonder why certain things are very different in your life as compared with most others around you. Remember, the place where you are, the kind of challenges you have in your life, are all carefully planned by God so that all together He can work them out for good in your life to fulfill that specific plan for you. There may be unpleasant things in your life, struggles and pain - but God desires that through it all He molds you and makes you to be that unique vessel in His hands. Your trials will be turned to great testimonies and instead of all your shame you will have honor.

Cheer up today, rejoice because you are precious and unique in your father's eyes. Hold on to Him, seek Him with all your heart, trust in His word and He will make you more than a conqueror.

Living Water for Us

Jesus gives us an open invitation that we can never receive anywhere else. Every good thing in this world comes with a huge price, but the very beat from heaven is made available to worthless people like us free, through Jesus who paid the biggest price ever for us, on the cross.

Joh 7:38 He who believes on Me, as the Scripture has said, "Out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."

Precious child of God, for all of the problems you have in your life, for all of the pain in your life, you need just one solution and that is Jesus. He alone can fulfill all of those voids in your life that you desperately want to be fulfilled.Have you been thirsting and longing for something in your life? Are you perplexed with the impossibilities looming in your life? Jesus is the answer and He is all you need because He gives life, love, joy, hope and when He comes into our hearts things begin to change both in our lives and in our circumstances. Our hurts will be replaced with His sweet love, our pain will be replaced with His hope, and our sorrows will turn to joy. Long for Jesus more than anything else today in your life and surely your life will begin to overflow with all the blessings heaven can shower.

He knows your needs

Our human mind always wants more and needs more - could be more of money, more of materials, and some times for the deeper emotional needs like more of understanding from others, more of love. What we fail to realise most of the times is that ALL these good things including our physical, material and emotional needs and much more put together are already given to us as a free gift and this is Jesus. If we fail to receive this gift in our lives then we are missing everything; nothing else in this world will be able to satisfy us the way Jesus can.

God has already spared the very best, His beloved son for you on the cross, so that you can be purchased as His own son and daughter and that you can inherit all the blessings from heaven and live with Him forever. Power of Your Words

So often we do not fully realise and utilise the power and authority we have as children of God, in Christ. Our words have such power that heaven will move as per our words. We are to continually speak things that bring life, hope and joy and peace because this is God's will for our lives, even though our situation seem hopeless.

Pro 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and those to whom it is dear will have its fruit for their food.

Precious child of God, Jesus came to resurrect every hopeless area of your life and there is power and healing available to you in His name. You may have a difficult family, or finances or ill health. Sometimes the situation choke us to the extent that we feel it is better to die than live. Remember, it is God's will that you are healed and blessed and that you live in the fulness of life Christ has purchased for you. He is more than able to work in every area of your life and turn it around. All you need to do is to trust Him with all your heart, agree with Him and speak words of life into the dead areas of your life, speak blessings and peace and love. Your words have power and things will begin to change and you will experience God's power and presence working in your life.

Abide in the Word

Precious child of God, we are not created or called to live a life of our own. If you say you have burdens in your life, or pain or sorrow, remember you are not to carry them on your own or find answers with your strength. We are called to live a life in Christ, which means, we are to feed on Christ every day and live in the strength He gives us. When we try to take things in our hands, we only end up in more frustrations. Jesus has the best life planned for us both here on earth and in eternity and when we abide in His word, surely His plans begin to unveil in our lives. Next time the devil brings in depression in your life, speak out the Word and he will run away. Don't be afraid of any situation, remain in the word of God and victory is yours.

Helper of the Helpless

Precious child of God, it is God's desire and longing to bless you and lift you up. He desires it much more than you desire it yourself. His ways are much higher than your ways and thoughts. He wants you to do only one thing - give Him place in your life to work it for you. What a great privilege we have, to have the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords to willingly come down to help us and bless us. Never think that you're alone and that there is no one to help you. The Lord almighty is by your side waiting to hold your hands and lead you and bless you. Put your hands in His like a little child and watch Him do wonders in every area you life.

So often we wait for the perfect time we can give something to God, or to get the perfect 'something' that we can offer to God. The truth is, God is not looking for that perfect moment or for that perfect 'something' you can give Him, rather He wants to see if you're ready to give Him now, that 'imperfect thing' that you have in your life today, so that He could do something great out of it.

Precious child of God, you might think that there is nothing good in your life that God can work on, nothing going right around you in your family, in your relationships, in your health or in your finances. Place them in the hands of Jesus, what you have now with you, whatever situation you are in, whatever kind of people you are dealing with. He cares for you and He wants to do a miracle in all those areas of your life. Remember, nothing is impossible with God; He multiplies and blesses whatever you commit in His hands. Cheer up, place everything about your life, in His hands today and allow Him to do great and wondrous things through your life.

Blessings in Obedience

It is only these small obediences in small things put together can bring about the real person God intends each of us to be, ready to do greater things for Him.

Joshua 14:14 Therefore Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite to this day, because he wholly followed the LORD, the God of Israel.

Caleb was a man who clung to the Lord wholly and followed Him. He was one among the twelve who were sent on a mission to spy the land of Canaan before the children of Israel could possess it. Like his brethren, Caleb also would have had reasons to give the intimidating report about the land, but he proved different, becasue His heart was following the Lord God completely. And God blessed Him!

Precious child of God, there may be mountains before your life that you're finding hard to move and you may be wondering how it would be ever possible to get through them. Cheer up, God can do wonders for you. Start listening to His voice and obeying Him in the small things of your day to day life. As your life gets more and more tuned to the word of God, the mountains also will begin to break apart and God will begin to use you as a mighty vessel in His hands.

Close to the Broken

When we feel lost, stricken, and totally helpless with no strength left in us to move another inch further, God begins to do something marvelous in our lives. Sometimes God brings us to that point, not to make us feel bad or depressed, but to show us His amazing goodness, reveal to us His resurrection power, make us experience His amazing grace and above all to teach us that HE IS ALL we ever need.

At no other place than in the lowest and weakest point of our life, can we experience such heights of God's mercies and grace and His presence.

Psa 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise

God loves the broken and He is always so close to them. Precious child of God, most of the times in our lowest times we feel alone when we see the world around us rejoicing without cares. We feel as though we're suffering alone and there is no one to have compassion on us. But the truth is the almighty Lord God is so close to us at these times and sometimes he sometimes keeps away all human dependencies so that we'll be shut with Him in His presence and hear His voice. Remember, unless He has a much higher plan, he wouldn't have brought you there. Never lose heart, cling on to your saviour Jesus who has plans to lift you much above your situation and bless you and make you a great blessing to many more.

My Days are in His Hands

None of us know what is going to happen in the next moment of our lives. In heaven, God has a book where all our days are recorded already even before we ever came into this world. Yes, we can never fathom how much our havenly father cares for us. Yet so many of us live in this world filled with worries as though no one cares for us.

Psa 139:16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book all my days were recorded, even those which were purposed before they had come into being.
Psa 139:17 How dear are your thoughts to me, O God! how great is the number of them!.

Precious child of God, know that each and every day of your life was carefully planned in heaven and are written down. No circumstance in your life can take away God's attention on you. Jesus cares for you so much and He is there by your side to help you and carry you through each day. When we understand the truth that our days were already pre planned by God, it is then better for us to simply trust in Him and lean on Him and allow Him to carry us through each day. Surely God will do wonders in your life and lift you up.

He Does Wondrous Things

Our God is great and He does great and wondrous things. When we allow Him to take control of our heart, our mind, our emotions and all of our thoughts and ways, He'd begin to do those awesome things in our lives too.

Psa 86:10 For you are great and do wondrous things; you alone are God. Psa 86:11 Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.

Many times we think we know everything and try to do things according on our wisdom. Precious child of God, only God knows what is the very best for you and we can never understand nor receive all those wondrous things with our own strength or understanding. David asked the Lord to teach him His ways and that His heart may be united with the Lord's to fear His name. God wants to do great things in our lives, and for that first He wants our hearts. He wants us to be still in His presence and listen to His voice and understand His ways, that we may walk in the great plans God has for us. Cheer up, God has a beautiful plan for you even through the impossible situation in your life. Allow Him to take over your heart and all of your thoughts and ways and He'll begin to perform great things in your life.

He Surrounds You

It is awesome to have someone surrounding us all the time, making sure that we aren't hurt in any way. And this is what our loving heavenly father does to all who trust in Him and cling on to Him.

Psa 125:1 Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever. Psa 125:2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people, from this time forth and forevermore

Precious child of God, the bitter experiences in your life may have made you feel insecure, fearful and doubtful about life. Jesus perfectly understands that more than anyone else. Today He wants to take all those bundles of fear and insecurities lying deep within our heart and heal your heart with His love. Jesus himself wants to surround you as a mighty wall and a mountain, and no one will be able come near you or hurt you any more. When a hurting situation approaches you, remember who's surrounding you, and place Him right before you. Nothing will be able to touch you, for you are the apple of His eyes and He loves you so much.

He Stands By You

Jesus has His own way of solving things for us. Most of the time, we get frustrated as He doesn't do it the way we want it or at the time we wait to be solved. He stands by us, takes care of us in His arms while He works things out one by one, in His own beautiful way to give us the best solution far above our thoughts.

Psalm 144:2 he is my steadfast love and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me

Precious child of God, be sure of one thing today that Jesus is standing by you as a strong pillar. He loves you and He will not put you to shame and never will He allow anything to happen to you more than you can bear. If you'll only trust Him and believe that He's on your side, then frustration or worry will have no place in your heart. His love will fill you and satisfy you even though the whole world forsake you; He will be your fortress and no enemy will be able to touch you and He will deliver you from every deadly snare and danger; He will shield you from every evil and cover you in His arms.

No Giving up

Sometimes we wonder if God hears our prayers when we don't see any answers, and our faith begin to waver. The truth is, even though we don't yet see some of the answers, God has a record of each of our prayers. Though we forget them after some time or give up hope completely, He never forgets and He sends answers in His own marvelous way and in His own time.

Rom 5:3 More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance,
Rom 5:4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope,
Rom 5:5 and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us

Precious child of God, if you're at the brink of giving up, cheer up, remember God has not forgotten your prayers. But, He is accomplishing something greater in your life as you wait for the answer. When you remain patient in the midst of trial and pain, a change happens deep within yourself and your character becomes more and more like that of Christ. We may not even realise that this is happening in the inside of us, but the Holy Spirit works in us to tune our lives and prepare us for eternity, even as we wait patiently for our answers. God has a unique plan for your life, cling on to Jesus even at those hurting moments that you cannot share with anyone else, and surely He will lift you and make you a great blessing.

Mend my Heart

Dear child of God, the biggest sickness in the world today is the sickness of being lonely and forsaken, the sickness of a broken heart. The feeling of being unwanted, rejected and depression is the most dangerous disease that affects even the chosen children of God.

No one has been immune to this disease so far. David the mighty warrior, the greatest king of Israel and the beloved of God was no exception. Many of David’s Psalms paint a picture of a broken, lonely man, outnumbered by his enemies, crying with great despair and pain and not the songs of a poetic warrior king. Many of us are living today similarly – with a hard exterior and a broken interior.

Dear child of God, If we run to God like David and pour out our hearts to Him, He will fill us with comfort and peace. There is no one who can mend a broken heart as Jesus – if only you will hand over the pieces to Him. He alone is the mender of hearts; He alone can restore your joy double fold. As God's chosen people, it is also expected from us to heal others and bring cheer and goodwill. For we symbolize a resurrected Christ. We should live in such a manner that we should be remembered as someone who brought great joy and cheer of Christ wherever we go.

If Jesus has given you the gift of Healing, use it first on the hearts of men. It is an unwritten commandment that as children of God, we should bring the healing of the hearts to others through Jesus. It is vanity to seek to heal the body when the heart remains broken.

Mend my Heart

Precious child of God, our heavenly father has already given the solution in our hands to each and every problem. Jesus alone is the way and He is able to set us free from every power of evil. No matter how bleak things look today in our life, let us decide to cling on to Jesus alone and remain with Him and He will see us through safely and lead us into the beautiful blessings He has for us. Cheer up, Jesus will give you victory.

Grace upon Grace

He wants to take away all the sin and blemish in our life and make us new once again. Jesus wants to have more place in your life than you've given Him before, and He wants to cover you in His presence, fill you, and lead you in victory and joy. Cheer up, no matter how tough your situation look today, there is power in the blood of Christ to transform your life and grant you victory for every failure. Jesus loves you and you are precious to Him

Faithful God

God always ensures that he completes the work he starts. Even though we fail him so many times, or fall away from the track, our loving heavenly father takes the responsibility to mend our lives and work around every difficulty on the way so that His plans be fulfilled. God had started a beautiful work creating man in the garden of Eden, though their sin separated them from God, God did not give up on them. He went to the extent of sending His own son to the cross that He may complete the work He started - to have a closer beautiful relationship with man.

Psalm 18:30 (MKJV) As for God, His way is perfect; the Word of Jehovah is tried; He is a shield to all those who trust in Him.
1Th 5:24 (BBE) God, by whom you have been marked out in his purpose, is unchanging and will make it complete.

Precious child of God, you can never be stuck half way on the journey of life because you have a faithful heavenly father. He does not forget the work he started in your life, even though you may have failed him many times. Trust in God's unfailing promises for you, and make Him your shield through every difficulty. Surely He will lead you and bless you with His perfect plans for your life and complete His work in your life

God Who Strengthens

When we live in this world, discouragements are sure to come that may drain all of our strength and make us feel as though we are totally worthless. God chooses to work in the lives of people lean on the grace and strength of God through all of their failures. Jesus comes around to encourage us and lift us up each time we fail and lead us forward in His great plans

Psa 18:2 Jehovah is my strength, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock; I will trust in Him; He is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.

David was a man who had failures in His life, but He knew deep within that His strength was God himself. He was afflicted by enemies on all sides, but he depended totally on God alone and God honored him and lifted him and granted him total victory and declared him as a man after God's own heart.

Precious child of God, your weaknesses or your difficult circumstances are never a limitation to what God can do in your life. When you cry unto God and make Him the strength of your life, every enemy of your life will have to bow down in shame and flee from your life. Every mountain of problem in your life will melt before the presence of God. Cheer up, do not be discouraged if you are facing any form of failure in your life, Jesus is by your side to lift you and fill you with His strength and carry you through. Dearly beloved, there is no one who can bring back the dead like Jesus. The word of God is so powerful that death runs away from it. We go through many deaths during our lifetime – dead relationships, dead careers, dead prospects and dead hope. One word from Jesus is enough to bring it back to life instantly and put everyone in astonishment.

Today, if you have anything dead inside you, Jesus is more than capable of bringing it back to life with His word. Fear the Lord and Obey His voice and He will revive everything in your life. It will be to an extent that everyone around you will be astonished at the wonders God does in your life.

Pure Heart

When God is at work in our lives, He works in our hearts. Only God understands all the things that lie in the depths of our hearts, and many times even we may not understand them all. Our loving father longs to search our heart and remove from us any form of evil lying beneath there and give us a pure heart that we may see Him and have an unhindered fellowship with Him.

Precious child of God, today God wants to work deep in your heart. When we are on this earth, things around us may harm our hearts even without our knowledge. Our heavenly father understands it more than everyone else in this world. Be it pain, or sorrow or anger or depression or whatever it is that you've been trying to hide in your heart, Jesus wants to deal it with you today. He wants you to open it out to Him, that He may speak to you and touch your heart and heal you. He will remove every negative thing from your heart and grant you a pure heart filled with God's pure love.

Prayer of Jabez

1Ch 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Dearly beloved, Jabez made a very simple prayer and God granted all that he requested. To live honorably is to live a life of honesty, not cheat others, not holding what does not belong to us and not to defraud others. God found all these qualities in Jabez and hence whatever he requested – financial blessings, divine protection etc was granted.

For our prayers to be effective, we need to be found “honorable” in our thoughts and deeds. Long winded or heavily worded prayers do not help, because God searches the hearts of men and considers our works individually.

Jacob, like Jabez was another example of a honorable person, as he kept his word, dealt fairly with others and was honest and sincere to fulfill the obligations before him. Jesus is a God who Honors Honorable lives. If we live lives of honor, then God will favor us and grant all our requests.

I will be with thee

Dear child of God, God establishes leadership of Joshua with a promise of a new beginning. It was not an abstract promise, but with a definite time frame – TODAY. Starting from that day onwards, Joshua was elevated by God in the eyes of all Israel through mighty wonders.

Today, as we enter September, God gives us the same promise that He will magnify us in front of all people as He did to Moses and Joshua. Let us therefore examine ourselves and call upon Jesus to cleanse us and make us acceptable to take on the mantle of Leadership of His people.

When we are faced with problems as high and thick as the walls of Jericho , remember that just as the Lord of Hosts stood with a drawn sword ready to fight for Joshua, He is also standing for us. If God is for us, who can be against us? We just need to open our eyes of faith and believe in His promise to send Satan’s forces crashing down.

Praise and Bless the Lord for not only have you been chosen, but you have been chosen to be as Leaders to break down the walls of Satan.

God's goodness leading to repentance

Dearly beloved, many times we take god’s kindness and mercies for granted. Even though God is a source of eternal kindness and mercies, He is also an eternal source of justice and righteousness. God is kind, merciful and patient with us to ensure that we are led in the paths of repentance and salvation. By continuing to live in sinful and worldly ways, we despise the goodness of God.

God has covered us with His goodness and abundant mercies but we should not take pride in that, but rather acknowledge that the mercy and kindness that God shows towards us will not last if we continue in a worldly path. He cares for us so much that even though we are all sinners and deserve punishment, He pities us as a father and shows us mercy to enable us to seek him. God will not contend with man forever.

Dear child of God, God’s goodness and forbearance towards us is not an indicator of our righteous life for we all fall short of the Glory of God. Let us therefore take God’s kindness and mercy as an opportunity towards achieving salvation and to perpetually renew our faith.

Jonah and the Plant

Jonah 4: 10,11
And the LORD said, "You pity the plant, for which you did not labor, nor did you make it grow, which came into being in a night and perished in a night. And should not I pity Nineveh , that great city, in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much cattle?"

Dear child of God, Jonah was more concerned with the success of his “prophetic ministry” than the mercies of God towards sinners who repent. Jonah had predicted that Nineveh and all its inhabitants would be destroyed in 40 days – and he was determined to see his prophecy coming true. The fireworks do not materialize as he had prophesied since Nineveh repents and God forgives them. Jonah who was comfortably seated under the shade of a plant to witness the destruction of Nineveh finds out that God has instead destroyed the plant that was giving him shade.

Dear child of God, Jonah was concerned only with his reputation as a prophet and the accuracy of his prophecy and not the souls of the repentant Nineveh . So many times we too like Jonah allow our selfish nature to overshadow God’s deep love for others. Our interests, reputations and ministries take precedence over God’s love and salvation that we ought to be practicing and preaching. God’s love, forgiveness and mercies are for everyone – even to and especially to our worst enemies.

If someone has wronged us or done evil to us, they need to be shown God’s love and forgiveness and not a demonstration of fireworks from heaven. Calling fire from heaven to consume the wicked is not the way God wants us to treat our enemies – or anyone for that matter. Our ministry – any ministry is to lead sinners to the paths of salvation through our works of love and forgiveness.

He will wipe your tears

Dearly beloved, all of us go through failed dreams, lost hopes, broken promises and uncertain ways at some point in our lives. There are many times when tears are our only food and happiness seems a distant dream. One of the important promises that have been given to us by Jesus is that He will wipe away all our tears.

While on earth, we are not promised a tribulation-free life, but rather persecution and suffering for the Love of Jesus. However, this world and all that is in it is passing away soon and we need to be patient just a little longer. That is when our faith in Jesus is justified for all eternity and all our tears become history. Till then, we need to be patient and longsuffering in trials and hold fast to our faith in Jesus.

Rejoice O Bride of Christ, prepare yourself and keep your lamp burning, for your Bridegroom Jesus is coming very soon to take you away into His everlasting kingdom where there are no tears.

Psa 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

To Bless someone means to “Confer prosperity or happiness on someone“. Dearly beloved, as much as we are recipient of God’s blessings in many ways, it is also important to bless God in return. Praising and worshipping God is a recipe of invoking God’s blessings upon us, but the secret ingredient is to bless the Lord.

God delights in our blessings also – if it is done wholeheartedly and in truth. Even though God doesn’t require it, blessing the Lord gives us a special privilege. He will return the blessings back to us with interest. It is something like when you greet a person, the person usually will greet you back. Blessings work similarly. God cannot help it but to return blessings back to us if we bless him whole heartedly.

David was given a special privilege in the Bible. One of the reasons for David’s elevated status was because he frequently “Blessed” the lord. Before we bless the lord, we should do what David did – repent in earnest. Only true repentance would make our blessings acceptable before God.

Dearly beloved, subscription and unsubscription to this mailing list easy and requires very simple steps. However, our goal is to be subscribed to the Book of Life and Remembrance that is maintained by God. For it is that Book which will be opened before us in the day of Judgment (Rev 20:12). There are 3 main things that we should follow to be subscribed to the Book of Life.

1. Fear of the Lord – we display fear of the Lord by holding God’s words and commandments in reverence and obeying them. This is summarized in the two main commandments “Love the Lord” and “Love thy neighbor”.
2. Fellowship – we are required to have fellowship with others and keep up the communion of saints. It becomes quite important that a mutual exhortation of faith between believers is required to strengthen each other. Even if your fellowship has only 2 or 3 members, it’s acceptable before God because He says so in Mat 18:20.
3. Esteem God’s Name – The name of Jesus is so holy and is above all names (Php 2:9). At the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow down. Such is the power of God’s name. We should hold it in great reverence and not take it in vain.

Will You do a miracle for me?

Dear child of God, Herod and the Pharisees demanded signs and miracles from Jesus. Herod asked Jesus from his throne of pride and comforts seeking to satisfy his own curiosity while the Pharisees asked Jesus from their throne of self-imposed holiness. Both sought miracles half hoping that Jesus would not perform them so that they can be seen as right in their judgment and condemnation of Jesus. And Jesus remained silent.

Many times when we seek miracles from Jesus, we do not get them because we do not seek them in faith and humility. We still sit on thrones of pride and self-righteousness and demand a miracle from a loving father (“give me this”, “give me that”…). We even ask for signs and wonders just to ensure that our own judgments and actions are justified. And Jesus remains silent.

Dear child of God, when we seek miracles and wonders from Jesus, we need to remember that He never ignores requests from humble people when they ask in faith. Let us humble ourselves before Jesus and ask in faith so that we receive great wonders and miracles in our lives. Whatever may be your problem today, He alone is able to make those problems disappear. Let us ask in faith today.

Precious child of God, when darkness surrounds us, when the cares of the world blinds us and all seems lost, call on to God and He will send His light to lead us. God’s ways are mysterious beyond our understanding. He leads us in ways that we cannot comprehend or rationalize, but trust in Him and he will lead you safely.

Billable for Christ

Job 21:15 What is the Almighty, that we should serve him? And what profit do we get if we pray to him?

Dearly beloved, many of us are employed or will be in employment (if you are a student). No employer will keep us in their employment unless we are profitable to them – in other words, a Billable Resource. If we fail to generate profit for our employer or our employer finds another person who is more cost-effective, we may be retrenched. This is how man-run businesses work.

There is only one employer who does not expect profit from us. He doesn’t care whether we are fit for the job because He calls and qualifies the unqualified. Even if we are in the loneliest of wilderness, He will take care of us and ensure that our needs are satisfied. He is a very jealous employer and protects His billable resources with fierce warrior angels. The best part is even if we betray Him (as we often do through our words and deeds) and ask Him for forgiveness, He will forget it and won’t hold our past mistakes for performance appraisals. And of course the retirement benefits are out of this world which no man can provide. That employer is Jesus Christ.

Becoming God’s billable resource is a matter of Loving Jesus more than anything else in this world and living a life of Love and Forgiveness which glorifies Him. Your employment contract has already been signed by His Blood 2000 years ago. Will you accept it and become billable for Christ?.

Busy Bees

Dear child, Can you spare some time for me? You seem to be so busy these days. Can I get an appointment to talk to you? I miss your voice very much. You spend half your day sending emails, how about sending me a knee-mail? – God your father

We spend most of our time everyday in work or with friends or with family. Do we spend enough time with God? Many times we spend 10 to 12 hours at work. Deadlines, Commitments, keep us very busy. At the end of a long day, we can hardly wait to hit the bed and go to sleep only to continue the same routine the next day.

One of Satan’s clever devices at the workplace is to keep us BUSY. No time to pray, No time to read God’s word, No time to spread the Love of Christ with your colleagues and friends, No time for God. Too many times we convert work into an Idol. So how do we balance time between spending time with God and at work? – Get the clue from Jesus - Get up Early and Pray!

Precious child of God, as much as working hard is important, do not let it prevent you from spending time with God. If you give the first preference of your time to God, you will see that Satan’s grip on your time will fail and you will be much more productive in everything that you do. Seek God the first thing in the morning and you will find Him - rather you will be found by Him. Imagine what sorrows and pain we would have to face in life if God tells us "I am Busy" to our prayers?

Witnessing Everyday

Dearly beloved, you are always being watched. You are being observed closely by everyone around you including your colleagues, family and friends. Are you making use of this opportunity to be a witness to Christ?
Luk 21:13 This will be your opportunity to bear witness.
If we claim that Jesus is with us, but do not display His Love and Forgiveness to our worst enemies, who will believe us? If we do not display through our words and deeds the love and forgiveness of Jesus and stand up to preach the Gospel, then it is not the Gospel of Christ, but rather our own gospel. A true Christian is a living sermon, whether or not he or she preaches a word.

St. Francis said one day to one of the young monks, "Let us go down into the town and preach." They passed through the streets and returned to the monastery without having said a word. "You have forgotten, father," said the young man, "that we went down to the town to preach." "My son," Francis replied, "we have preached. We were preaching as we walked. We have been seen by many: our behavior has been noticed; it was thus that we preached. It is no use, my son, to walk anywhere to preach unless we preach everywhere as we walk."

Potiphar's Wife

In the all too familiar story of Joseph mentioned in Genesis 39, we find that Joseph resists the daily solicitations of his master’s wife because he was bound by the law of honor, the law of chastity and the law of piety towards God. Her disappointment of not getting hold of Joseph provokes her to falsehood as the means of concealment and revenge. He is thrown into prison because he refused to break his vows to God. But the Lord was with Joseph and gave him favor and very soon Joseph becomes the second most powerful man in Egypt .

Dear child of God, this is a story that is often repeated through out time and is true even today in many of our lives and workplaces. One of the most powerful attacks Satan brings on the children of God at the workplace is lust. If you resist like Joseph, you may be falsely accused and would have to risk careers for your faith in God. But hold fast to your faith and God will justify it and will lift you up like Joseph. If you haven’t been through such situations, continue to be in prayer so that you will not fall into such temptations.

When Joseph was made the second most powerful person after the pharaoh, everyone who sees him has to bow down. Can you imagine Potiphar's and his wife’s face if they had met Joseph and be forced to bow down to the dust before him? – Sin will always bring shame and humiliation, but the faith in God will always triumph. Whatever you do, or however bad your situation is today, hold fast to your faith in God and He will lift you up and bring your enemies to bow down before you.

Go and tell Peter

Mar 16:6 And he said to them, "Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth , who was crucified. He has risen; he is not here. See the place where they laid him. Mar 16:7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he is going before you to Galilee . There you will see him, just as he told you."

The angel said, "Tell His disciples and Peter," but why "and Peter?" He was one of Jesus’s disciples – right? Why did the angel single him out from among all the rest? Was peter better than the rest to be given this special mention?

No, he was, if anything, a little worse than the rest. He was a witness to many of Jesus’s miracles and was the only person to walk on water with Jesus, yet when it mattered the most, he denied Jesus thrice and with oaths. And Peter was feeling very bad about denying Jesus. He was cast down, heartsick, almost overwhelmed, probably the other disciples would have also ridiculed him quite a bit. Jesus knew it very well, and it was just typical of a loving God to send a special word of comfort to him. It must have cheered peter beyond words to be told that Christ had mentioned him by name especially as one to be given the news of His resurrection.

Dear child of God, too many times we behave like peter – betray and deny the Love and Forgiveness of Christ even though we have been partakers of His wonderful miracles in our lives. Like peter, we afterwards regret it and go about feeling sad and depressed that we haven’t stood up to our faith and be a witness when it mattered the most.

But Jesus, our ever loving father sends a special message out to us today by calling us by name and bringing cheer. Even though we may have failed Jesus many times, He never fails us and always sends His word to cheer and lift up our downcast spirits.

Clean Heart

Of all the things about our life, God is most concerned about our heart, the depths of it where lay hidden, every form of evil, malice, bitterness, anger, jealousy, fear, depression and so on. The deceiving fact is that, many times even we are not aware of them, far less the people around us. Everything around our lives springs forth from what lies deep inside our soul. Our words, our actions, our motives, our desires... all have their roots in what lies beneath our hearts. That is why God is so concerned about it and he wants to work in our hearts.

Eze 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. And I will remove the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh,
Eze 11:20 so that they may walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances, and do them. And they shall be My people, and I will be their God.

Precious child of God, your heavenly father who created you alone can repair the issues of your heart. He wants to sanctify you, bless you and lift you up and hence he wants to work in your heart and every thought that proceeds from it. You cannot handle them all on your own, you cannot repair any damage caused, only the creator can do that. What are the thoughts that are guiding your life today? Is it fear? is it rejection? Whatever it may be, take it to Jesus. He will speak to you and lift up every burden from your life, and give you a clean heart. Stay close to the word of God always to keep yourself in line with the truth. Cheer up today because He cares for you and is by your side to heal you.

Pass under His rod

Eze 20:37 I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant.

Dear child of God, passing under the rod refers to the ancient custom of counting sheep and separating the tenth one to be given to God as tithe. First all the sheep are all penned by the shepherd. Then the shepherd stands at the gate and has a rod dipped in vermilion (a kind of dye). The sheep is made to cross the rod one at a time while the shepherd counts them. During this process, the shepherd also conducts a check on the sheep to ensure that they are healthy and need any attention. Every tenth sheep that passes him, the shepherd he marks with the vermilion rod to be given as tithe.

Mic 7:14 Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, who dwell alone in a forest in the midst of a garden land; let them graze in Bashan and Gilead as in the days of old.

Precious child of God, Jesus our good shepherd wants you to pass under his rod and mark you with a special covenant – the covenant of love and eternal glory. He wants to bring you into fertile plains and rich valleys if only you will stay under the shepherd’s rod. Satan roams around like a wild wolf ready to devour the sheep and to prevent it from being under the shepherd’s rod. Stay close to the shepherd at all times.

Staying close and passing under God’s rod requires you to obey His voice. As Jesus says, “I know my own and my own know me” (Joh 10:14), you should first learn to recognize the voice of God your shepherd. Too many times we lose our hearing due to the noise of the world. Satan is also trying his best to ensure that you fail by shouting loud “problems, sickness, work, career, money, friends, family…” which makes us lose the voice of our gentle and loving shepherd. Precious child of God, close your ears on the world and listen to the voice of the Lord your maker. The ways of Satan are death, destruction and famine, but God will lead you through richness and glory.

It is your duty to bring other lost sheep into God’s fold. There are so many countless lost sheep including maybe some of your friends, colleagues and loved ones that have been taken captive by Satan. Help them to realize God’s love and bring them back under the Rod of God.

Rivers of Life

Joh 4:10 Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God, and Who it is that is saying to you, 'Give me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water."

Joh 4:14 but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."

“Living Water” denotes sources of water like rivers and mountain springs that are fresh always as compared to stagnant sources of water like ponds. Dear child of God, everyone has springs of water flowing within them. What is the river that is flowing inside you today? Rivers of life that flow within you are manifested through your words and your actions.

Words: Watch and pray that your words only spread the love of Christ. Think many times before you speak (or make a phone call or send out an email). If you have hurt others by your words, seek forgiveness for it is pleasing before God.
Actions: Zacchaeus (Luk:19) – in spite of his many sins, found favor in Jesus’s eyes and obtained salvation by repenting and restoring what he had wrongly done to others. Restore to others what doesn't belong to you. Be fair before God in all your dealings. Always renew your rivers of life through your actions which is pleasing before God.

Make Peace with God

Job 22:21 "Agree with God, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you.

Too many times we argue and fight with God. We blame Him so many times for the mistakes that we commit. “Why did God allow this to happen”, “If God is good, why did He let me go wrong”…. The list is endless. We take all the credit for the good things that happen in our lives and blame God for all the bad things that happen.

We fail to recognize the fact that we are all clay in the Hands of God. Our sins have caused us to leave Gods path and stray where we become prey to wild beasts. The most important step that we should take to correct our lives and our mistakes is to reconcile with God. Reconcile with God First and He will perfect all things concerning your life. If you are on a war path with Lord your maker for anything that has gone wrong in your life, seek His forgiveness and plead for reconciliation.

Here are a few important things that you should follow on your path towards reconciliation with God
1. Read and Understand the Word of God – the Bible.
2. Forgive your enemies and seek forgiveness. No one can reconcile with God with hatred and bitterness in their hearts. Love of God and Hatred of Man can never co-exist.
3. Praise God when you face problems. Your problems will crumble like the walls of Jericho .
4. Control your tongue and use it for the sole purpose of Glorifying God.
5. Never rise against God’s anointed people. God’s anointed people are also humans like us and can cause us harm. Avoid them if you want, but never take arms against them. Since David refused to take Saul’s life even though Saul was after his life, God elevated Him and chose the house of David to be born into.
6. Remove your pride. You may be the smartest person, with the biggest paycheck in your organization. But if it brings you pride, God can bring it down in a flash. God Hates and Rejects the Proud.

Precious child of God, time is running out and the door of Grace that we had taken for granted for long is closing fast. Reconcile with God by following the points given above before it is too late and the doors close. Defeat Satan’s humiliating plans for you by hanging on to the Word of God no matter what your situation is. You will never face defeat in your life again. As God blessed Joseph, whatever you touch will prosper. Jesus is waiting with open arms to hug you, run to Him.

Safe in His Lap

Joh 10:29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.

Who can touch you when you are held by the hands of Jesus? Who can snatch you from the hands of the Almighty God? Who can harm you when you are sitting on the lap of the Lord of Lords, the God of Heaven and Earth?Sitting on the Lap of Jesus requires you to follow very simple things and is a privilege that anyone on earth can get.

1. Live Like a Child – have no hurts in your heart, give up all your hurts and worries to Jesus. Jesus loves to play the role of a father – if only you will allow Him to.
2. Be Humble – if you are already sitting on God’s lap, we praise God for it, but do not let your position bring you pride.The more closely you desire to be with God, the more humility God expects from you. When the Lord of Lords can wash His disciples’ feet, do not think you can get away with looking down on the poor, the needy, the fatherless and the widow.
3. Run to Him FIRST – not second or third or fourth, not after you have exhausted all worldly options, not after your boss, your colleague, your friend or your family member. Jesus wants you to run to Him First. Never relegate your Heavenly Father to the last position it hurts Him so much. If you run to the world for help first, the world will put you to shame and then after you have been humiliated and gossiped about much, you will have no choice but to beg to God. Be smart and run to God First.
4. Trust that He will do it – Like a child, trust in the Lord your father completely, and give no room for doubt. Too often we try to rationalize situations and try to come up with “practical” solutions. But the most practical and time tested solution that you will ever find is to Trust in God.
5. Be Thankful – Give thanks to God always regardless of your situation good or bad. Remember it could have been a lot worse and God alone can make it much better than you can possibly imagine.

Dear child of God, maybe once you may have been sitting on the Lap of Jesus, but due to your own will have slipped and fallen, maybe you are wondering how it is possible for anyone to sit on the Lap of God. Whatever be your thoughts, Jesus says that He is willing and is able to make you sit on His lap and wipe your every tear. Be pure of heart as a child, forgive and love others and you will see that Jesus will make you to sit on His Lap

Never Alone

Deu 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Jos 1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

So many times in our lives we feel alone. Many of us live our lives so far separated from family, friends and loved ones. But dear child of God, there is one person who always remains by your side no matter what you go through in your life. That person is Jesus. He whispers softly in your ears…. “You are not alone for I am always with you till the end”.

Dear child of God, no matter how hopeless your situation may seem, no matter how lonely you feel, there is Jesus right by your side ready for you to call to Him, ready to help you out of all your problems. You just have to open your eyes of faith and call out. Many times you underestimate your heritage that you have got as a result of accepting Jesus as your father. You are the Child of the Most High, the Lord of Lords, and the King of Kings. You have legions of angels waiting to serve you. Do you believe that?

But first before you can start to receive all the blessings and goodness that God is about to provide you, you must believe that you are not alone.

When you cry out in pain or agony and say “I am alone”, just open your ears and you will hear a soft voice saying “You were never alone, you are never alone and you will be never alone…”

Divine Endurance

1Co 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is unusual for human beings. But God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your strength. Instead, along with the temptation he will also provide a way out, so that you may be able to endure it.

Rejections, defeats, and failures that all of us have experienced can create enough negative feelings to destroy us. Be careful! Often the most painful wounds are not the scars that are outwardly seen, but the hidden wounds deep in the heart. Being hidden, they are often the most dangerous.

Dear child of God, setbacks in our lives can take the joy out of living. Our faith is weakened, and if we collect enough hurts it will stop us from wanting to press forward. Even success can make one the target of criticism. Do not let the hurts hurt you!

Look at Job. A man who was blameless, upright, one who feared God, and one who turned away from evil. Job was considered "the greatest of all the men of the east." He lost it all in the twinkling of an eye. He lost his health, wealth, and family. He hurt very badly. He was knocked down but not out. He had lost some of the passionate power to grow and some of his enthusiasm had diminished, but he checked his negative thinking and stated, "I will forget my complaint, I will leave off my sad countenance and be cheerful."

How could he after undergoing so much hurt? How did Job do it? The same way we can do it-through faith. Faith is the only thing that can heal the hurts. Job scraped the barnacles off. It was painful! The scars would remain but his life was put back together. Strong belief in God was the medicine. Job lived 140 years after the hurts and saw sons, grandsons, great-grandsons, and great-great-grandsons. You can also forget your hurts, leave off your sad countenance, and be cheerful if you turn to God for your strength.

Precious Child of God, Jesus is waiting for you to take you in His loving arms, Hug you and Wipe off every tear from your eyes. Do not ever make the mistake of blaming God for the bad things that may have happened to you. Never let your faith down and God will do wonders in your life. Turn to God for strength and run into His arms from which nothing in this universe can pull you.

Protected by Angels

Psa 34:7 The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.

We spend much of our lives in fear of the world. We are more concerned of what the society would say about us rather than what God thinks of us. We may be working in an unethical workplace or have bad friends or colleagues, but we tolerate them and try to be “Politically Correct” most of the times. Fear of the world removes us far apart from the love of God because Satan rules the world.

Dear Child of God, we as believers of Christ should fear one person only – Jesus. When we fear God, He sends His angels to protect and deliver you out of all your troubles. No one can deliver and protect you as God can. No matter how difficult or impossible your situation today may seem, God can and will send His legions of angels to deliver you out of all your troubles – if only you will fear Him.

Job 5:19 He will deliver you from six troubles; in seven no evil shall touch you.

Job 5:20 In famine he will redeem you from death, and in war from the power of the sword.

Job 5:21 You shall be hidden from the lash of the tongue, and shall not fear destruction when it comes.

Job 5:22 At destruction and famine you shall laugh, and shall not fear the beasts of the earth.

Precious child of God, when you fear Jesus, you will become truly fearless of the world and the things in it and laugh at destruction and famine. How can a small boy with a few stones to face a mighty 9 feet, fully armored Giant? How can Gideon lead 300 people to slay 135,000 Midianites?. Because they feared the Lord, they were able to stand against mighty odds and come out victorious. Because they feared the Lord, angels delivered them out of all their troubles.

Do you face an impossible situation today? Never let anyone tell you the odds of success. Jesus is beyond scientific and mathematical boundaries. Fear the Lord by keeping His commandments and in a twinkling of the eye, He will deliver you.

With Him Forever

All the pain and suffering that we face on this earth are too short lived and there is a greater glory awaiting us if we have welcomed Jesus in our lives. Too often we get so entangled with the magnitude of our problems that we face today, that we fail to see what lies ahead on the eternity. There is a big difference when we have given place to Jesus in our lives and surrendered ourselves totally to Him.

1Th 4:16 Because the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a word of authority, with the voice of the chief angel, with the sound of a horn: and the dead in Christ will come to life first;

1Th 4:17 Then we who are still living will be taken up together with them into the clouds to see the Lord in the air: and so will we be for ever with the Lord.

1Th 4:18 So then, give comfort to one another with these words.

Precious child of God, no matter what kind of difficulty or pain you are facing today, remember Jesus loves you so much. You may not see Him with your naked eyes, nor be able touch him with your hands, but He is with you so much more closer than you can think of. You need to believe Him and you need to taste and see how good He is. Try Him, talk to Him what you feel and wait on Him, surely He will speak to you and lift you up. He understands you much more than your very best friend, He cares for you much more than you do. Your concerns are His concerns too, today He wants to have a closer communion with you and deliver you from all the problems in your life. Will you allow Him to lead you each moment of your life?
He is going to come very soon back to take back all those who have welcomed Him in their hearts. We will see Him face to face that day and we will be with Him forever in that glorious place. There is only very little time left, and He has given us this time to make the choice to follow Him. Let us not wait for another day, let us receive Him in our lives and follow Him. Say the prayer below if you want to make that important choice.

Deny Yourself

Life in Christ is a process and it involves letting go of our on selfish ambitions and desires on a daily basis. Jesus gave himself in total surrender to His father, that today through His death we have forgiveness of sins and a life abundant. We are called to live a life, dead to our self and alive in Christ. Paul the apostle and a saint of God knew what it meant to deal with his self and its desires that tried to dominate his life on a daily basis, and he says that he had to die not just once to self, but on a daily basis.

I Cor 15:31 … I die daily

Luk 9:23 And He (Jesus) said to all, If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me.

Luk 9:24 For whoever will save his life shall lose it, but whoever will lose his life for My sake, he shall save it.

Not all of our desires and ambitions are wrong, and God might not require us to give up everything away, but everything has to be placed at the altar. Our first and foremost desire and passion should be for the Lord and Him alone, because He who created us and formed us is a jealous God. Jesus gave up His all that we may have life, and today He calls us to walk with Him denying our self. Though it might look painful to let go of the things that look so wonderful in our eyes, eventually we would realize that it was the best way to live.

The more we try to give up our self, the closer we are to fulfilling our God given destiny and the more satan is going to get frustrated and give up on our life. Jesus has something beautiful and marvelous in store for your future, make the choice today to follow Him with all your heart not matter how tough things look around you. Surely there are glorious days awaiting you and you will be a blessing to millions.

He's All You Need

When darkness covers, and everything that we placed our hope on begin to tumble down, when loneliness looms around us and when it feels like God has removed his faintest thought about you from His mind – Jesus draws closer to you than ever before. When everything and everyone else around fails us and we’re left in rut, Christ begins to have His way in our lives showing himself nearer to you than you’ve ever felt before. He allowed every situation to bring you to a place where you and Him will be left alone, where you can begin that intimate relationship with your loving saviour.

Rom 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Precious child of God, if you feel you’ve reached the end of your road, then be sure that Jesus is going to make a brand new start in your life. Though painful, He sometimes has to rid us of all the things that surround our lives preventing Him from having His way in our lives; it hurts Him a lot to see us hurt, yet gently He wipes our tears, heals our wounded hearts and showers His sweet love on those wounds, and pours His own blood to wipe the stains of sin.

Jesus loves you much more than you can ever imagine and you are so valuable to Him, much more than the value you or anyone else in the world has placed on your life. Cheer up, don’t be afraid to hold the hands Jesus stretching towards you today. He is a faithful friend who can be trusted, and the lover of your soul who understands and fulfills the deepest needs and desires of your heart. Experience Him so personally and be abundantly blessed

Vessel of Honor

God is continuously at work in our lives, to make us more and more in His image, that was once lost in the through sin. Through every situation and circumstance and trial, He tries to pure us, removing every form of impurity one by one, so that we would be one step closer to His likeness. He wants to make us pure vessels of honor, set apart for His glorious purposes.

2Tim 2:20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor.

2Tim 2:21 Therefore if anyone purges himself from these, he shall be a vessel to honor, sanctified and useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.

Precious child of God, today things may not be going too well in your life, but remember God has a greater purpose through it all to make you an honorable vessel. He is all powerful to change any situation in your life for your best, but above all He wants to do a deep sanctification work in your life. It may look painful, but you may not realize what a glorious and honorable vessel you are turning out to be.

God cannot use impure vessels, He wants us to be utterly dedicated to Him so that He can fill us with His power and use us. There is no greater joy or privilege than being an honorable vessel in the hands of God. Let us not give up, but co operate with the Holy Spirit to work out every last impurity in our life that is standing in the way to total dedication and service to God. Jesus loves you and you are too precious to Him. Commit yourself completely to Him and enjoy the very best He has for you.

Faithful Servant

Our life on this earth is just a temporary assignment. We are to be accountable for everything that we do here to our heavenly father who created us and sent us here. Our Lord Jesus will return one day and we are to give accounts for each and everything that we have done here.

Luke 12:36 And you yourselves be like men who wait for their lord, whenever he shall return from the wedding, so that when he comes and knocks, they may open to him immediately.

Luke 12:37 Blessed are those servants whom the lord will find watching when he comes. Truly I say to you that he shall gird himself and make them recline; and coming up he will serve them.

Luke 12:38 And if he comes in the second watch, or comes in the third watch, and find it so, blessed are those servants.

Luke 12:39 And know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have allowed his house to be dug through.

Luke 12:40 Therefore be ready also, for the Son of Man comes at an hour when you think not.

Precious child of God, there may be too many things today in your life that you are pre occupied with, too many things that you are concerned or troubled about. Jesus knows them too well. He wants to bear them all for you and He wants you to have that intimate relationship with Him alone. We are called to be with the Lord forever in a glorious place that He has prepared for us and Jesus is going to come very soon to take us back there. Let us not get too entangled with things that are passing away in this world, but rather fix our eyes on Jesus and get prepared to meet Him. Jesus loves you so dearly.

Consider the Lilies

We work hard, toil night and day to make ourselves comfortable and happy, we plan our future with all care; in spite of all these we are still left with little or no real joy. Jesus speaks something marvelous about the lilies in the field.

Luk 12:27 Consider the lilies, how they grow; they do not toil, they do not spin. And yet I say to you that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Luk 12:28 If then God so clothes the grass (which today is in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven) how much more will He clothe you, O little-faiths?

Precious child of God, you are much more important to God than the lilies whose lifespan is just a few days. God has your future safe in His hands and you do not have to be anxious about anything in life. We are to be like the lilies that grow and thrive without any worries for its future. They receive the sunlight and they draw water from the ground and grow as beautiful flowers to bring joy to all around it.

Similarly in our lives also, we only need the light of Jesus shining in our lives and the spirit of God working in our lives. When we have Jesus with us, when we lay all our cares with Him and allow Him to work in us to make us more like Him, He will turn us to beautiful vessels to shine His glory. Heaven will take care of every other need in our lives to make our lives a blessed and glorious one. Let us cast all our cares on Jesus and lean on Him alone. Jesus loves you so much.

God of Wonders

Receiving a miracle or a breakthrough requires faith that is willing to go beyond all odds. More than anyone else’s, it is God’s will that His children’s lives are a living testimony to magnify His name amongst those who do not believe. Our heavenly father longs that our lives are packed with wonders and miracles that His name be glorified, yet so many times we don’t realize how we limit Him with our human wisdom and reasoning.

Joh 11:39 Jesus said, Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of him who died, said to Him,
Lord, by this time he stinks. For it is the fourth day.

Joh 11:40 Jesus answered her, Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?

Joh 11:41 Then they took away the stone where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up His eyes
and said, Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.

Joh 11:42 And I know that You hear Me always, but because of the people who stand by I said it, so that they may believe that You have sent Me..

Joh 11:43 And saying these things, He cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, Here! Outside!

Joh 11:44 And he who had died came out, bound hand and foot with sheets, and his face was bound with a cloth. Jesus said to them, Untie him and let him go!

Martha, the sister of the dead, knew in her heart that it was too late to bring a dead body 4 days old and stinking, back to life. She was at the brink of a miracle, yet her mind could not conceive what Jesus was about to do and so she hesitated to roll away the stone. Jesus chided her disbelief, and when they took the small step in faith to roll away the stone, the miracle followed.

Precious child of God, so many times even, in our lives we fail to see the wonders God is about to do in our lives, because our eyes naturally fall on the negatives around us. We look at the huge wall of impossibility standing right before us and immediately get discouraged and lose all hope. Our God is a God who created heavens and the earth and for whom nothing is impossible and every pain or trial or impossibility in our lives is a perfect opportunity for God to show His power. God wants to prove himself as a mighty deliverer and King of Kings in your life. He has allowed difficulties in your life for a greater purpose, to show His power and glory. Would you believe Him against all odds and commit yourself to Him? Jesus loves you so much and He wants to make you more than a conqueror!.

Clean Hands and True Heart

God desires a true heart from His children, a heart that loves Him and honors Him above everything else. He is a Holy God and nothing unclean has any place in His presence. There is no righteousness or holiness that we human beings can claim to make us worthy to stand in the Holy presence of God. God loves those who come to him with an honest, open heart.

Psa 24:3 Who may go up into the hill of the Lord? and who may come into his holy place?

Psa 24:4 He who has clean hands and a true heart; whose desire has not gone out to foolish things, who has not taken a false oath.

Psa 24:5 He will have blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Not even once in a lifetime can the person who hopes to survive an encounter with God, regard anyone or anything more important than God. And never, ever can we tell even the smallest of lies and still hope to stand in the presence of him whose every word is truth. Sinners die in God's presence, not just physically, but spiritually, eternally. In other words, they perish in hell.

Precious child of God, God is inviting you today to enter into His Holy presence. Probably all through your life you would have assumed that you could never make it to God’s presence or that it is not meant for someone like you. Let not the devil deceive you any more. King David, who wrote this psalm, was an ordinary man who had faced the vulnerabilities like anyone else. But He loved God with all His heart. Though he failed God in his life, he never gave up or ran away from God’s presence. He repented and sought God with an honest, open and true heart and God was pleased with him.

Greatest blessings you can have in your life have little to do with your credits or your position, finances, earthly relationships or even your health. The greatest of the greatest blessing you can have is having a relationship with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Jesus loves you so much and He wants to forgive all of your sins, no matter how bad they are, cleanse you in his precious blood, hold your hands and lead you in a beautiful relationship with Him. All of heavens blessings and an eternal life will be yours when Jesus is with you.

When You Forgive

When we don’t forgive others, we are leaving a very big loop hole for the devil to attack us back. Sometimes it is really hard to forget the pain that our dear ones might have caused us; even harder for the deep wounds in our hearts to heal. Jesus understands that very well, but His love can wipe away even the cruelest hurts in our lives. When we allow Him to fill us with His all surpassing love, when we are drenched in His sweet love and care, nothing else will matter to us any more. When He works in us, He will bless us and lift us much higher from the place of our pain and past hurts, that it no more becomes difficult for us to forgive others.

Mar 11:25 And when you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive it so that also your Father in Heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Mar 11:26 But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in Heaven forgive your trespasses.

Precious child of God, when we do not forgive others, no matter how badly they’ve hurt us, we also will not be forgiven. The devil might use the same tool to act against us and pull us down in the same place where we refused to forgive others. Our lives will become more miserable when we our hearts are not free from un forgiveness.
Have u been harboring any trace of ill feelings or un forgiveness towards any one who has hurt you in your life, deep down in your heart? Do you find it so hard to get rid of the hurts in your life? Cheer up, Jesus wants to help you. He feels just exactly how you feel and He can relate to your hurts more than anyone else. He wants us to first receive His forgiveness in our lives and He wants us to forgive every single person who has knowingly or unknowingly hurt us. When we do that His love, peace , His presence and blessings will begin to flow abundantly through our lives. You will receive all the lost joy back in your life. Jesus loves you so much, give your heart to Him.

Why do I have Trials?

Christian life is not about having a smooth, struggle free life each day, but it is about living an overcoming life through all the trials and difficulties and pain and obstacles, through Jesus. Being the son of God and having lived a life without any sin, even Jesus was not spared of the pain and the trials and temptations that many of us face each day. In fact Jesus had to face it all much more than we can ever imagine. The difference was that he drew strength from above and overcame.

Joh 16:33 I have spoken these things to you so that you might have peace in Me. In the world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer. I have overcome the world.

Precious child of God, don’t be alarmed when you face tribulations and temptations in this world. The first lie devil would whisper to you at those times is that ‘God does not love you nor care about you, that is why he let you suffer’. Jesus already spoke to us that we will have tribulations in this world, but we need not be afraid nor be disheartened because He has already purchased victory for us on the cross 2000 years ago.

Our trials also bring us to realize that we are nothing without God and we have no real meaning in our existence without His constant presence and communion in our lives. This is the way He made us and we are to live a life clinging on to Jesus every moment, drawing strength from Him.
Today many of us are still are left in defeat and depression, because we don’t claim the victory in the blood of Christ that was shed for us. We want to solve our problems on our own and our pride keeps us from going to the cross and receiving the victory Jesus freely gave us. He is not looking for self righteousness from you, He is looking for your total dependency on Him in all your frailty and weaknesses. Jesus loves you so much dear child of God, receive His precious blood, welcome Him to your life and rest in Him as He works out everything beautifully for you.

The Good Samaritan

Jesus spoke about a certain man who was brutally beaten up by robbers and lay half dead on the road. A priest and a levite came that side, probably they prayed for that person but they could not do anything further and so they went away. But it was a Samaritan man who truly attended to the need of that stricken man, bound his bleeding wounds, poured oil and wine on it. He did not leave him back on the same road to be attacked again, but carried him to an inn, a safer place to be taken care.

Luk 10:30 And answering, Jesus said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among robbers, who stripped him of his clothing and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
Luk 10:31 And by coincidence a certain priest came down that way and seeing him, he passed by on the opposite side.
Luk 10:32 And in the same way a Levite, also being at the place, coming and seeing him, he passed on the opposite side.
Luk 10:33 But a certain traveling Samaritan came upon him, and seeing him, he was filled with pity.
Luk 10:34 And coming near, he bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine, and set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

Our loving Lord Jesus works the same way in our lives too. Too often we limit what He can do for us, or we don't understand them all. We sometimes treat Him like the priest or the levite who could not really meet the deepest need of the hour or we think that our situation is too hard, too messy for Jesus to even take a glance. Or we think that we aren't good enough for Him to reach out His hands to deliver us.

Precious child of God, Jesus understands more than anyone else your deepest concerns, your cares and every single thought. Probably storms have come and bruised your life and left you stricken on the roadside - remember Jesus wants to walk in right to that place, and cover you with his comfort and joy. He doesn't leave you where you are, but pick you up and take you to a much better place into His presence where you will be safe.

All for Him

Have you been trying and struggling hard to make a life? To put things in order in your life, make a living, bring up a family, meet some dead lines, pay up a huge debt, or shoulder a whole bunch of responsibilities? Sometimes life gets so hard and frustrating as we are pressed with the pressures around our lives but there is great news – you don’t really have to take it all on yourself, or you are not supposed to be doing that. You are not to handle it on your own, but you are to give it in the hands of your maker to handle it for you. It is so relieving to know that there is someone out there who knows just every tiny bit of our lives and who is ready to take care of us to the smallest detail

Mar 8:35 For whoever will save his life, shall lose it; but whoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it

Precious child of God, most of us in search of success and making a good life, get trapped in frustration and hopelessness. That is simply because we fail to understand to what God means by success which is contrary to what the self centered world means by success. We can never reach our best unless in complete surrender and in co operation with God working in our lives.

No matter what you are facing today in your life, no matter what kind of depression you are going through, just reach out your hands and hold the hands of Jesus. His blood will restore you and give you a brand new life, filled with true joy and hope for eternity. To what extent we surrender, to that extent His power will work in our life. The life that we live on this earth is only a drop in the bucket compared to eternity. Let us make the wise choice to follow Jesus with all our heart and enjoy the very best he has for us on this earth and in eternity. Cheer up, you are too precious to the Lord, remain close to Him.

Comfort In Pain

It is so hard to see things clearly in the midst of agony and pain, its so difficult to find the path when we are travailing in a dark and lonely valley. It is even harder to believe that God is near and that He loves you and that He has not forgotten. Job was a righteous man and he went through devastating experiences in his life where he lost his family, all his possession and he himself got afflicted with terrible disease. He said

(Job 23:8-9). If I go to the east, God is not there; if I go to the west, I do not see Him. When He is at work in the north, I catch no sight of Him; when He turns to the south, I cannot see Him

Job could never understand what God was doing, but later he understood the greatest lesson

Job 23:10 But God knows the way that I take, and when He tested me. I will come out like gold

Precious child of God, no matter what kind of depths and valleys you are travailing today or how you feel or what happens, know that God’s love is still the same for you. People may fail you and even your strength may be failing you but God doesn’t and He cares for you. He has a beautiful plan for you. There is no depth where Christ’s love and grace cannot reach you. So even in the middle of all your pain, make the bold confession of faith that no matter what you will hold on to the Lord and wait for His day of deliverance.

Psa 27:3 Though an army should camp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war should rise against me, in this I am trusting.
Psa 27:10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.
Psa 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he will strengthen thy heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

As you cling on to Him amidst all your heart ache, you will surely come out as a much more stronger person, and you will bless the Lord for all the painful experiences; you will be much more prepared to be used a beautiful vessel in His hands to heal and comfort many more.

Friend of God

Joh 15:12 "This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Joh 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. Joh 15:14 You are my friends if you do what I command you.

Dear child of God, think what a great privilege it is to be called as “Friend of God”. The only other person who was called as friend of God was Abraham. Now Jesus is offering you the same title that was given to Abraham – “Friend”.

Being on friendly terms with God requires you to follow the simple commandment that Jesus gives – love one another. We tend to love those who love us and hate those who hate us. But dear child of God, as Jesus says

Luk 6:32 "If you love those who love you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.
Luk 6:33 And if you do good to those who do good to you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.

Do not live with hatred in your life as God cannot dwell where there is hatred. is a God of Love.
The following points prevent you from being on friendly terms with God. -

-Judge. Judgment is the sole right of God. If you start judging people, you will not have the time or inclination to love them – even if they are your worst enemies.
-Condemn. If people do not accept you, they are condemned already since they reject the children of God. Do not condemn others and leave it for God to handle.
-Accuse. When Michael the Arch Angel was contending with Satan for Moses' body, he said “Lord Rebuke you” and did not throw an accusation (Jud1:9). Never accuse anyone especially when you do not know the facts and go by word of mouth.
- Oppress. Never oppress others because of your position or power. As written in Exo 22: 21-24, if you wrong the stranger, the fatherless or the widow, God will bring you down very heavily.
- Hatred. As humans, it is very easy for us to hate those who have hurt us. But this keeps you far far away from God your maker. Never let the sun go down with hatred in your heart
- Pride. Never look down on others in pride. For when God can make a shepherd boy David into a mighty king, He can very well make those under you your bosses and employers one day and as the children of Israel bowed down before Joseph; you may have to bow down before them. Remember, your success in life, career etc is given only by God to Glorify Him.
- Friendship with the World. James 4:4 says that friendship with the world is enmity with God. Do not compromise God for your education, career, friends, family or anything with this world.

Dear Child of God, always strive to be on friendly terms with God. The world may reject you and persecute you for your love of God, but remember that this world is under Satan’s sway and its end will be like a ball of fire. Never hurt others with your words or deeds - especially those who have been anointed by God to fulfill His end days ministries. If your words do not spread the Love of God and His forgiveness, it increases your darkness. Remember that God protects His friends jealously and will instantly rebuild and hedge your life that Satan may have tried to destroy. The God of comfort, the God of Peace, the Lord of Hosts, the Creator of all heaven and earth will NEVER leave nor forsake His friends. As His friends, you will always have the strongest shoulder to lean on, the mightiest arm to fight for you, the softest heart to hear your pleas, loving arms to hug you and wipe your tears no matter how or where you are.

New Wineskins

Devil often uses the ‘feel good’ factor to deceive many, where you have a good name amongst the people around you, that you’re rarely exposed to the true state of your soul. When Jesus was on this earth, he pointed at the Pharisees and the teachers in the temple as those belonging to this category. They could never accept what Jesus had to say since their hearts were blinded and hardened with their ways of living and thinking\

Luk 5:37 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. Else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskin will perish.
Luk 5:38 But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved together.

Precious child of God, how is your life today? Are you living in complacency with your way of life and thinking? Or are you allowing Jesus to change you each and every day and renew your mind more and more aligned with His Word? Are you glued to your old ways of living that yo have set up for yourself or are you open to God to change you in the way He wants?
Jesus wants to transform you completely. It may not happen over a moment, but it is a process as a result of making a choice each and every day or several times a day to kill our flesh and obey Jesus. Unless our vessels are cleaned, unless our hearts are ready, God will not be able to bring the break through we have been expecting in our lives. Let us analyze our lives and ask the Lord to cleanse our hearts and renew us. Jesus loves you so much and He’s waiting to do new and marvelous things in your life...

When I Stumble

Many people hesitate to take a stand to follow Jesus for fear of losing out. They feel that they are too weak to resist temptations and hence they want to wait till they are strong enough and then get back to the Lord. Some who have already given their lives to Christ, when they stumble or fall, tend to run away from him unable to bear the guilt of failing him. They feel that unless and until they set themselves right, they cannot get back to Jesus.
This is not what our loving Lord expects us to do. He is our righteousness and He is our strength and we are to go to Him just as we are in times of our temptations and trials and failures.

2Pe 2:9 The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to reserve the unjust for a day of judgment, to be punished,
2Pe 2:10 and especially those who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise dominion. They are darers, self-pleasing; not trembling at glories, speaking evil.

Precious child of God, trials and temptations of all kinds are sure to come your way, when you have started your journey with Christ. But God is our preserver and our righteousness. Let us not fear the trials or the temptations that have come our way to test us and purify us, because God is our deliverer. Let us go to Him boldly through the blood of Christ that washes and cleanses our hearts and mind and body and makes us as white as snow.
Let us not fall into the category of the wicked who are reserved for the great judgment, who refuses the blood of Christ to cleanse them and restore them. Jesus loves you so much, make Him the lover of your soul and remain in Him. .

Let us Run to Him

Yet so many times we feel as though we are so far away from God, but one small step that you take forward in reaching out to God, believing that He is there would draw God nearer to you more than you can ever imagine. The precious blood of Christ breaks every barrier between us and our loving heavenly Father and keeps us close to Him.

Heb 10:22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies having been washed with pure water.
Heb 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering (for He is faithful who promised),

Precious child of God, God wants to clothe you today with royal garments, He wants to adorn you with His beauty, He wants to show to the world that you are the son and daughter of the most High King, He wants to clearly make a difference between you and those who are of the world so that His name be glorified. He is desperately calling you to enter into His kingdom.
Have you been depressed not being sure of God’s love for you? Trust him and take the first step to draw nearer to him. Have you been clinging on to the worldly supports available to you and shunning away from giving your life completely to Christ? Let yourself be loosed completely from everything that you’ve been stuck on to in this world and start enjoying the freedom in Christ.
Know that Jesus is the only one who will never fail you and who can truly fill you with love and joy. He needs all of your heart, mind and soul to love Him above everything else because no one else can make your life more beautiful and glorious and blessed than our loving saviour Jesus! Run to Him this moment, He loves you so much.

He Needs You

God is not looking for strong hands or precious vessels that he can use. Nor is he looking for a perfect person who knows everything and claims to do everything right. He is looking for those feeble hands, the ugly vessels which desperately needs His touch and healing. He is the master mender who takes such undone vessels in His hands and makes them as precious gems in His kingdom.

Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise

Precious child of God, perhaps you’ve been asking God for years for something in your life and is desperate now without an answer. It might look as though God has forgotten and you are lost not knowing the direction for your life. Perhaps you feel as though you have not accomplished anything compared to all the achievers around you.
Cheer up, God needs your life today. You might have been waiting for an answer from Him, but today He is asking you to offer yourself as you are in his hands. May be all that you can offer him are your tears and pain and brokenness. But as for the Lord, those are the best and the most pleasing sacrifices He expects from us.
He wants to all your pain, he wants to take all your loneliness, he wants all your hurts, he wants to take all your sins, he wants to take all the injustice you’ve faced in your life… Would you give them in the hands of Jesus? He’s been waiting for you for so long to exchange all your pain with His healing, His joy and His strength. When Jesus takes over, He will transform you to be a precious pearl in His hands, change your life completely and bless you and make you a blessing to millions.

My Hiding Place

During wars in the olden days, men often sought for a place to hide, typically caves, where the enemy is least likely to find them out. The cave might be dark and lonely but those who take refuge there knows that there cannot be a better place than that where it is hard for the enemy to locate them.
When we choose to follow Christ, seldom are we left to live a life without battles. The enemy never stays quiet. Sometimes it feels as though our enemies are too strong for us and our strength and might is failing. God understands that and He offers us a perfect hiding place – God himself.

Psalm 32:7 You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall circle me with songs of deliverance.

Precious child of God, are you weary and tired today being chased by the enemy? Are you feeling helpless with the challenges that the enemy has thrown against you? Do you feel that you have wandered too long and the heat of the day has stripped you of all your strength? Cheer up, God is offering you a perfect hiding place and a perfect resting place where you will no more hear the sound of the war outside or the roars of the enemy; instead, you will be surrounded with God’s care, protection and His sweet presence and abundance of His love; Angels of God will be singing songs of deliverance around you.
God will never let you down dear child of God; you will find the fullness of joy in His presence and perfect deliverance. Jesus loves you so much and He’s been waiting to deliver you, run quickly to seek shelter in His presence.

Voice of the Holy Spirit

When confusion looms around us, when the sound of different voices surround us and when we seem to get lost on the way, when the light in our path fades away, when we don’t get answers for the questions we’ve been searching for, remember – there is one clear, firm, voice that is waiting to overpower all the other confusing voices, to resound in our ears so clearly the direction you need to go, the path you need to take. This is the voice of the Holy Spirit, the Word of God.

Rom 8:13 For if ye live according to the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Precious child of God, never haste and make conclusions when you have too many voices speaking around you. The voice of God is clear, powerful and it can cut through all the confusions and deceptions devil might bring and set us on the perfect path. Wait on the Lord with an open heart till you hear His clear voice and be completely led by the Spirit of God. God’s ways are always higher than ours and far better than the best we can think for ourselves.

Satan came to tempt Jesus as well offering him some nice things. If we are to think with our own human mind, it was not a bad thing to have some bread especially when you’ve not eaten anything for days together. But Jesus used the Word of God, the clear voice of the Spirit which clearly distinguished the right path from the deceptive path.

Heb 4:12 For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

God wants you to know and understand the way He has kept for you. Quiet your heart and all your feelings, humble yourself and be still in His presence and you will clearly hear the sweet gentle voice of God. Jesus loves you so much He is waiting to lift you up and make your life a wonder.

New Blessings for New Day

God understands our failures perfectly and His heart is big enough to reach out to the depths of our failures and forgive us and give us a brand new start. He believes in us more than any other human being, He believes that His strength can make us more than conquerors how ever weak we are and He is working on the great future He has for us.

Precious child of God, the amazing thing about our God who is the creator is that, He has the power to make things totally new. Each day He invites us for a new beginning, forgetting all the failures and ruined beauties of the past. Each day is a gift that He graciously gives us with its own promise of love, forgiveness, joy and success. The day is before you and God is waiting for you to receive His blessings for this day.
Experiencing God alone is true Joy. No matter how busy you are as you are starting this day or what challenges are waiting ahead of you, please take few moments and open your heart now and accept the mercies and love for this new day God is giving you. Never let it pass by you and miss the best He has for you this day. Receive His loving embrace and His grace to sustain you and help you in all your weaknesses. Commit your whole self in His hands and watch Him working out the day beautifully for you.

Trusting Instead of Trying

If you and I are going to trust in anything other than God, however good that might be, we are setting ourselves up for a major disappointment. It is God’s desire that we trust in Him because He is the one who created us and He knows all about each of our lives, every single detail of it much more than we know ourselves. And nothing or no one else in this world can even come closer to meeting the deepest needs of our lives other than our loving father in heaven who is holding our future.

Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thy heart; and lean not to thy own understanding.
Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he will direct thy paths.
Pro 3:7 Be not wise in thy own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

So many times it looks as though the hardest thing to do is to trust God. It is so easy for us to trust in doctors, so easy for us to trust in the driver of the bus that we take to commute, the little boy who delivers the news paper regularly to us to make it every day and so many other things around us. We never ask any of these people to prove themselves to make sure that they are trust worthy, before we seek their service. But when it comes to trusting our father who is giving us the breath in our nostrils each moment, we ask for signs and so much of proof from Him before we could trust His Word.
Precious child of God, you may have had so many bad experiences in the past that has left you wondering if God ever cares. Today God wants to tell you that He loves you so much. You might have so many questions on why so many things went wrong in your life; but know that God loved you so much that through it all he sustained you and he has not taken the breath from your nostrils even for a moment. He has carried you through it all because He has a great purpose for you. Stop trying to do things on your own and just throw yourself into the arms of your loving saviour Jesus. He is the only one who will never leave you or forsake you even though the whole world does

With You in the Depths

We all go through valley experiences at some point or the other in our lives where we feel as though the whole world around is turning against us; times of despair, tears and loneliness where all our plans seem to crush and hope is lost.

Psa 57:2 I will send up my cry to the Most High God; to God who does all things for me.
Psa 57:3 He will send from heaven, and take me from the power of him whose desire is for my destruction. God will send out his mercy and his good faith.
Psa 57:4 My soul is among lions; I am stretched out among those who are on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and whose tongue is a sharp sword.
Psalm 56:8 - You have seen my wanderings; put the drops from my eyes into your bottle; are they not in your record?
Psalm 56:9 - When I send up my cry to you, my haters will be turned back; I am certain of this, for God is with me.

Precious child of God, God is with you, no matter how deep the valley you are travailing today is. David was constantly faced with struggles and enemies and accusers. He had to run away so many times to save his life; but in every depth he was pushed into, He cried out to the most High. He chose to believe that God had not forsaken him; he believed that if God was with him, his enemies would not be able to completely overcome him.
Do you think that your situation is so different that no one may ever understand the depths of it? God cares for you dear child of God. Lift up your eyes and look unto your loving heavenly father who wants to send you help from heaven and lift you up. Jesus can reach out to the depths you are in, where no other human being possibly can. He loves you so much and He wants to lift you and bless you above everyone else.

Abundant Healing

The hand of God is stretched out towards you ready to heal you and bind up your wounds and lift you up. Some times we may not realize, but we ourselves could be blocking the hand of God working in our lives. God may not force his way in our lives, but today He longs that we let Him have His way so that he could heal us.

Jer 33:6 Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.

So many times we stand at the side lines and complain about all the difficult/bad things around us; this is one of devil’s tricks to take our focus from the solution that is available to us. He will not allow us to look at the solution at all, but he makes us go round and round the problem forcing us to complain, or making us feel sorry, helpless and defeated.

Precious child of God, what are the things troubling you today? Being a Christian means having a lot of power available through Jesus Christ who has already conquered the devil. Get out of all the sorry feelings no matter how bad things have been in your life, how badly you have been treated by people, stand up and take the name of Jesus and claim your victory and healing. Let us not complain any more, but go ahead boldly to take victory in Jesus’ name!

Jesus loves you so much and all Heaven’s best are your inheritance through Him.

Gathering the Chicks

A mother hen on perceiving danger of a fox approaching, runs around and clucks at the top of her voice in desperation to gather her chicks under her wings. Some little chicks recognize the cry of the mother and gather themselves under her while the other still refuse to get in no matter how hard she try, giving themselves into the hands of the wicked fox. It breaks the heart of the mother hen to see her chicks perishing in the hands of the enemy though she tried all she could to save them.

Mathew 23:37 (MKJV) …how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you would not!

Precious child of God, heart of Jesus today is desperate to see each of us drawn under His wings. Satan knows that his time is short and he is ever more aggressively trying to destroy as many as he can pulling them away from the mother hen, our loving savior Jesus.

Jesus is the only one who can protect us like a mother hen, who stands between the chicks and those who mean to do them harm. The mother hen has no fangs, no claws, no rippling muscles. All she has is her willingness to shield her babies with her own body. If the fox wants them, he will have to kill her first. That is what Jesus did for us.

Let us choose to forsake our own ways and remain in Him, and He will take care of all our deepest needs and bless us in every area of our life. Rest in Him and trust Him to take care of you all the way.

Commit your Ways

The omni potent God who created heaven and earth can work in our lives only to the point we have committed ourselves to Him. Though He is able and completely supreme, He never barges into the power He has given us to choose. He shows us the way to take and leaves the choice completely to us, though it breaks His heart each time we choose the wrong path and disobey Him.

Psalm 37:5 (Webster) Commit thy way to the LORD; trust also in him; and he will bring it to pass.

Precious child of God, have you been longing for blessings and all good things to happen in your life? Cheer up, it is God’s desire to prosper you, bless you and fill you with every good thing from above. Only commit your ways in His hands. If you commit 20 percent of your life, God also will be limited to that extent to move in your life, but if you commit yourself 100 percent God also will be able to move in a mighty way in your life.

Trusting Him like a little child is what He expects from us. No one who puts their trust in the Lord will be ashamed. Your own wisdom and your own experience might drive you to do many things, but make the choice to trust your loving saviour Jesus and obey Him even if it looks like taking a huge risk. A huge reward is guaranteed for all those who trust Him

What can pain do to me

A caterpillar goes through one of the very painful experience of metamorphosis before it can emerge as a beautiful butterfly. As the caterpillar grows, their skins don't grow with them unfortunately and so it forms a new larger skin beneath the original skin it had when it was hatched. Once ready, it sheds the old skin and the newer skin beneath is exposed. While still under cover, wings begin to develop inside and with a lot of struggle the wings grow stronger and finally the ugly caterpillar is ready to fly as a beautiful caterpillar.

Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people; and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

Precious child of God, many times painful experiences can accomplish greater things in our lives that in many cases is not possible otherwise. Our heavenly father allows this when He begins the transformation in our lives from a caterpillar to a butterfly. When we go through pain, we may look ugly and useless to others, but beneath us just like that of the caterpillar a newer beautiful self is being created. The old natures will slowly begin to shed when pain produces the newer self in us. The pain continued in caterpillar's case until it developed wings and every part of it received strength and shape to emerge as the beautiful butterfly.

God knows what He's making out of your life. Do not be discouraged about the pain you are silently bearing today, or about the unanswered prayers in your life; commit yourself completely to Jesus, love Him above everything else and remain in Him as He leads you to greater heights for His glory!

I Am His

The mind of every man is constantly on the search for true love. It is man’s greatest desire to be loved and completely accepted and this emotional need is far higher than most other needs of our lives. And sadly, even with all the riches and influences in the world we cannot buy it. There is only one person who can truly and completely and perfectly fulfill this longing of our heart and it is Jesus.

Song of Songs 2:16 My beloved is mine, and I am his;

Jesus perfectly understands your longing to feel belonged and He has purchased you through His blood so that He could make you His own priced precious possession. Your value is the precious, spotless, sinless blood of the son of God, who died for you. You need not go around searching any more to find true love, Jesus is by your side waiting to embrace you and keep you in Him.
Precious child of God, receive His love for you, remain in His arms and surrender yourself completely to Him. He is the one holding your future in His hands and He who created heavens and the earth knows too well how to take care of you. Rest in Him for He cares for you. Be blessed richly knowing and experiencing His love for you today!

Made Brand New

Man has limitation in making something totally new out of an old, damaged and dirty thing; how much ever we try to repair it, definitely it cannot be made as new as a brand new thing. The difference will be obvious. No one else can make things as new as Jesus does through His blood. He never remembers the past any more and His blood cleanses totally.

2Cor 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Precious child of God, every day our lives can get dirty and dusty with the stains of sin that this world pushes us into. Anything that cannot stand in the presence of God is a sin; it could even be a thought. The good news is that, even at this moment, the blood of Christ is available to you to make your life brand new.
Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart today; He is not concerned about what has happened in your past, no matter how filthy it was, no matter how terrible it was, even if it is something you cannot even talk about to anyone, He is waiting to make all things new in your life. Do not be discouraged, He cares for you.
Would you give yourself in His hands? He knows how weak we are and He pours out His strength into every weak area of our lives when we place it in His hands. When He comes in, He may have to break certain things in our lives, it may hurt initially but He does it for your best; and as you surrender yourself you will see your life blossoming as a precious pearl in His hands. Cheer up, there is hope for your future in Christ.

That which never changes

Everything around us can change including our most loved ones. When everything seems so fickle and shallow and when we lose our trust in everything, we have one assurance that the Word of God NEVER changes.

Luk 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my word shall not pass away.

Precious child of God, it may look as if it is the toughest thing to do is to trust in the Word and promise of God especially when our situations are in sharp contrast. We tend to run in all directions to seek help, we try to use our own wisdom to solve our problems. But that doesn't mean that God's word changes. In this fleeing world the only place we can put our trust safely is the Word of God. When God says 'I will never leave you nor forsake you" He means it. When He says "Those who put their trust in me will never be ashamed" He absolutely meant it and never planned to change it under any circumstance. There is a Word available in the Bible that you can cling on to in any situation that you face.Cheer up now and don't look at your situation, dare to trust in the promise of your loving heavenly father and receive all the wonderful things He has in store for you. Jesus loves you and He is at work in your life.
